Hi everyone!

I am a newbie to this site! My husband and I have a perfect 6 month old baby boy & are planning to start trying for baby number 2 in July & would love a little lady to complete our family. I have been researching gender swaying like a crazy person & while I feel like I have a good about of info, I am SO overwhelmed about what exactly to do to give us the best shot. I am still exclusively breast feeding our little man & from what I've read...I believe that sways pink slightly?! Is this true! From what I've gathered, it is best to eliminate all extra vitamins? Not sure how to do with with still taking the prenatals. I read baby aspirin is good. True? Also, low calorie diet for both my husband and I, 60 mins of cardio per day for me & I keep Reading mixed reviews on testing mine and husbands Ph levels. Husband is currently taking cranberry pills. Im most likely going to buy the plan. Unsure which one to get & when a good time to start is. Any help/guidance that anyone could give me would be appreciated. Thank you so much, I am looking forward to connecting to this amazing community!

Hi again! Think I just answered a PM from you.

PLEASE no aspirin while breastfeeding. It hasn't worked anyway and it may cause your nursing baby harm.

Hubby doesn't need to do low cal diet, if he goes vegetarian it may help.

How low cal do you mean? When nursing (esp a baby that young!!) i want you at no less than 1800 cals and if you plan to exercise let's make that more like 2000. if weight flies off or if you notice your milk drying up then up to 2200 or even beyond.

When to buy a plan is totally up to you, some buy far in advance, others at the last minute.

^^the last minute is usually not a good idea as we have best results with 12 weeks or more on diet
