Hiya, I am new to this forum after finding out about this from a member on a U.K. Forum site in a group for gender swaying. Me and my husband have now decided to ttc so I have come of my contraceptive pill after 12/13 years and this will be both our first pregnancy/child. By reading through I have realised I kind of have been swaying without realising and would love to sway pink. Any help or advice would be fabulous and greatly appreciated. My diet:
No breakfast
Drink tea and coffee with milk and sweetener
Dinner between 12:99-1:00pm Ryvita fibre crackers with butter or low fat Philadelphia cream cheese
Tea pasta with cheese and or low fat Philadelphia cream cheese
No snacking
Evening some sort of chocolate

Forgot to say I take 400mg folic acid daily

Ug or whatever it is, 1 tablet a day

Tea may be a little blue friendly, go to just coffee

Do you have totals for protein, cals, and fat?
