This is a tricky one as not sure if scan is Sagittal or transverse view but if transverse would say boy but not a confident guess I'm afraid - I'm just going on fact that thicker white area seems to be to the right of baby which would mean baby is attached to right side which = boy.
Good luck - are you hoping for pink or blue ? X
