How many hours are we aiming for between dinner and skipping breakfast? I usually eat around 6/7 and come 930/10 the next morning am starving. What time should I am to last until?

Usually 14-16 hours in between, but do what you can. :)

A lot of time I wait until 12pm, but if I'm out and about and family wants to eat and it's around 10-10:30 we will.

I average about 15 hours so I think I'll stick with that?

I was eating dinner at 6pm & not eating til 10:30am to 11:30am until atomic mentioned I shouldn't really be skipping breakfast yet as I'm still breastfeeding

There is no set time. I want everyone to do what works for them and what they can stick to. That way you won't be tempted to cheat by trying to go too long.

No more than 16 hours max and most did more like 12-14, but if you can only make it to 11 hours that's still better than 8!

This is one of those variables. If you're breastfeeding, particularly a very young baby, you'd be better off not skipping breakfast!
