Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I changed my diet drasticall, but did not drop calories to the limits. I was over limits most days.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
5-6 months of partial swaying, one month full sway
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He is a meat and potato guy. But does not gain weight no matter what.
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I was swaying while waiting for ppaf for quite a long time without af returning, so I added in full fat dairy and more meat to my diet and AF finally returned. I ate meat most days, but switched from a huge portion to a few bites and from steak often to chicken.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I also was eating lots of potatoes and sweet potatoes at the time of BFP.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
164 lbs at 5'-4" - that same as my last pg. I was doing some exercise but not regularly and very low impact.

I just stopped taking Zoloft days before our attempt. I take Vit D every few days for deficiency.

I have a rock salt lamp on my nightstand.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Wore pink socks for 3 days around O, pink outfit under my side of the bed.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
1-2 attempts, diet was very different than my norm.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Was not following the calorie limits and was over slightly on fat and protein and overall calories most days.
Things worth mentioning:
Got my BFP my second cycle after ppaf returning. First cycle LH was only 7 days.
