Which specific supplements do you use for TTC girl?

I'm in the UK and all the fiber tablets I find seem like they have added vitamins and imbot sure I'm looking at the right stuff

Can anyone send links to fiber tablets and vitex used?

Hi, I'm uk and I'm taking chitosan fibre tablets. Not sure if they are the right ones but they have helped me lose some weight which has been a good thing haha x
