I am already very slim by BMI is around 18.5 ... should I add more calories to my two meals or is it better to add another meal for a total of 3 meals ?

I would think either way you are good as long as you are in the limits. I fully believe the no snacking and the long fast are the key elements and the limits. How you eat is up to you. If you are still hungry after your meal, increase there. If you feel starving and need another meal, add one in. GL on your sway!

Are you close to upper limits? If not, either one. 3 meals is fine, eating on the higher end is fine too. If you're getting close to calorie limits, I'd try adding a meal before upping calories.

Both 2 and 3 meals are allowed on LE Diet!! Some people prefer 2, others 3. So please do whichever option will work better for you because you can't spare an ounce!
How many cals did you plan to eat?

I haven't decided that part yet ( I usually eat A lot !!! I am lucky to have a very fast metabolism - I usually eat more then my 200lb husband and still stay 110 lb with no working out hahhaha ) I snack all day long it's horrible for this diet . I have not started the diet yet ( however been trying out different foods for when my diet starts in a few weeks - been eating very little meat and no healthy avocados which I love !)
Also, I love eggs ( eat them all the time !) should I switch to eating mostly egg whites since cholesterol is soo high in them ?

Hi Vicki, just wanted to add this in...I'm 5'5" and 110lbs, so also on the lean side. I couldn't give up my 3 meals, eggs every morning, and avocado with lunch daily. I have 2 girls and ate the same way when I conceived them (and didn't know about swaying at the time). Just wanted to add that in since I couldn't spare to lose weight either, and I don't necessarily think that those things are going to affect your sway directionally that much either way (but thats my personal take).

That's how a lot of us are - we eat like horses but we are normal size or even on the thin side.
Re the egg whites - let your dietary needs be your guide. If you need more fat (and you do need SOME fat on LE Diet, please don't try to cut it out totally) then have the whole egg, if you need more protein and less fat, have whites, or half and half or whatever.

REmember though that this is an individualized kind of thing. There are things that may be swaying for us just naturally, inherently, that we have no control over, that built up over a lifetime. So someone who eats lightly and gets boys doing that may have to be stricter on diet than someone who is eating those things and getting girls (and in your case your O practically stopped when you cut back on fat even just a little!!) So some people can "get away with" more fats, may even NEED them just to get pregnant at all, and someone else may not. :)

Yes, atomic - totally agree! It's truly mind blowing that those little changes made in diet (and they were minor!) were able to negatively impact me! Trying to keep diet more consistent this cycle, but keeping in the whole milk yogurt, coffee and red wine to see if that helps this month! :)
