HI ladies,
My Dh and I will be TTC this month and Dh is hoping for a boy. Due to multiple anaphylatic food allergies, and diet restrictions we aren't able to follow much of the "boy diet". Has anyone succeeded swaying for boys without following a certain diet? (no eggs, dairy or nuts allowed in our home, due to allergies) I am also plant based due to multiple food allergies.
Are there other things I can do to sway boy or is it pretty much we are going to have a 4th girl regardless. I will be happy with either I just hope to make hubbys day!
Thank you.

Yes, people get boys eating right off the TTC a girl diet all the time. Vegans get boys, vegetarians get boys!! If a diet could ever sway pink 100% of the time or anything close to that, the entire human race would have died out a long time ago!

The most important thing I want you to do right here and now is take your prenatals or multivitamins religiously. I like you guys to be getting 1000 IU Vit. D and a probiotic as well. This is an easy fix but it really does help!

We talked about changing up your BD pattern already.

I would like to see you lifting weights as well. This is hard to do with kids, I know, but it's really beneficial to your blue sway!

I regularly weight lifted for 6 months with a personal trainer, I am not longer using him but I am at home and I can lift weights. Can you better explain the BD pattern?? My understanding is every couple days and then 3 times in 24 hours once I get an positive OPK right?

Yes to both!

I have always lifted weights at home alone and got boys doing that.

Sorry for jumping in. I have gym in my building that I can use to lift weights. Can someone tell me which kind of exercise I should do to sway blue?

PS: I am not doing any exercise at all.

Don't try to do too much too fast, start off with very light weights. You are trying to build a little muscle, and you don't want to over do it, so no more than 4-5 days per week, so arms 2 days, legs 2 days, and abs one day or something like that. There are probably trainers or other folks in there who can give you advice on what type of exercise to do. There are a lot of exercise guides on line that are very helpful too.
