I have just experienced a second trimester miscarriage at 19 weeks due to a cord accident. My Doctor is saying it was just an unfortunate fluke. It has been devastating and shocking but the most difficult part was that it was my first girl after several boys. I had been taking vitex before conceiving and I'm wondering if I should go back on it now? I feel like I would like to try again as soon as possible. Any recommendations for swaying right after a pregnancy loss??

Hello, Mira. I'm sorry for your loss, I hope this is the last one. I like your decision to try again. You are full of hope and I like this soul. Unfortunately, I don't have much information about this situation. I just wanted to encourage you to try again and never lose hope. Hope is the only thing that we have to face our difficult moments. I hope your next try will be successful.

Hi Mira.
I too just had a 2nd trimester loss of my baby girl. 19.2 weeks from something called cord stricture. Also a fluke thing tgat can happen to anyone during any pregnancy. She was our second successful sway. I am currently awaiting my menstrual cycle to start back trying.
Hoping to haveour first attempt in September
