Hi

I was wondering if anyone has drank this before?

I am okay if it sways boy a little bit. I am very interested in it and hope it may help me conceive. I am just finishing my second cycle of clomid.

As for swaying girl... it says it lowers blood sugar.... hmm.... ??

Thank you for any help!!

I was have been hearing mention of this recently as far as being beneficial in the 2nd and 3rd trimester. I am interested to know what you find out. I didn't bother looking too deeply into it as it's main noted benefit that I had come across was strengthening the uterus and being beneficial for labor, I know I will be having a C-section so I didn't read on.

Im drinking 1-2 cups of this per day.
It regulates hormones
It improves the condition of your lining so implantation is easier
Think I read somewhere that it lowers pH (i also add aspartame-based sweetener to mine)

Downside can be that you might produce more cm when taking it but I haven't experienced that, and if you did you could dry it up

Having just read that article it does say it contains lots of vitamins and nutrients so that might sway blue but I can't imagine that the dosage would be that big

Wonderful!! Since we had a chemical last month and I am pretty sure that nothing happened this month, I feel like I want to try it! The clomid is so hard on the lining of the uterus from what I have read.

Do you drink during your period? When do you stop? I had also read you should stop before ovulation and then start again later in the pregnancy. Is a couple of weeks enough time for it to work for me??

THANK YOU for any help!!

I don't stop it, I drink it AF-AF. I think I'd stop if I got a BFP, but only because we wouldn't be TTC any more ;)
I don't think 1-2 cups per day is enough to cause uterine contractions that might threaten a pregnancy, either... although I do tend to drink only 1 cup per day in the 2ww and aim for 2 before it

I have heard that red raspberry helps to make the baby oven stronger and labor easier.... I took it with both my boys and they were born 4-6 days after being due. My cuz who has had 3 very early births (1 out 4 kids lived) has been taking it for her current preg and she is now 30wks which is amazing for her.

I have not noticed any change in my body but I am taking certain supps to insure a healthy baby and mommy!

RLT is said to "balance" hormones (whatever that means) and is also said to lower pH. So on the one hand I can see it ~may~ sway blue by increasing overall fertility, but on the other it may sway pink by lowering pH. Not a lot is known about using RLT for swaying, but some say that it raises estrogen, which would sway blue.

RLT is GREAT for TTC though and may help your uterus to sustain a pg. It's believed safe throughout the cycle and can be mixed with pep tea (some blends even come flavored with peppermint.) 2 cups a day is just right!!

I wonder if it would help with a luteal phase defect? I start to spot 9-10 dpo, which is 4-5 days pre-AF. If raspberry leaf tea strengthens the uterine lining, maybe it would help with the spotting and make implantation more likely. Just conjecture -- I'll ask my doctor on Tuesday (it'll be my first appt with a new dr, though, so no promises) what she thinks.
