Girl sway, lime douchee dangrous? am i strict emough

Hello ladies, i would really appreciate your thoughts and opinions on my sway what could do to improve etc. I will be ttc in few weeks when af appears and i start clomid.

Diet: 6-8 weeks le diet, allways skip breakfast, try not to snack and domt eat big meals, no meat at all , more carbs and low nutrients, lots and lots of diet coke

Supplements: folic acid, baby asprin and sudafed
Clomid ( when af appears)

Ions: salt lamp, negative ion air purifier, lavender products, nail polish use everyday, allways barefoot

Dh doesnt do diet but takes few supplememts when he remebers,
LR
Cranberry
Calcium citrate sometimes

Dh is proffesional rugby plauer and gym junkie so lots of exercise and weights for him and fitness supplements

We plan dtd e4d because i only have one mlnth of clomid and apparantly e4d ensures one attempt in fertile window? Os that right? Also should i use bit of lime douche before attempt? I like im south africa so rephresh isnt available, your thoughts would mean allot, already have my beautiful ds so desperate for a girl

Good news is the Clomid may actually work for 2 months since we have found more girls conceived even in the month following a Clomid cycle.

Since you have Clomid you need to drop Sudafed (you should NEVER EVER use Sudafed with aspirin anyway and I find Sudafed too risky for anyone to ever use anyway, plus it will really drop odds of conception on the Clomid)

I'd also have DH drop LR and cranbery for the Clomid month, he can add that back in later if he wants to.

PLEASE no lime douche or any kind of swaying jellies! You need to do everything in your power to get pregnant the month on the Clomid OR even the following month, since the effects may last through that next month as well.

Thank you atomic, would dh dropping supplements and me not doing any douches decrease chance of conceiving a girl, or does Clomid outway all that in favour for girl. Also double checking does e4d guarantee only one attempt I'm fertile window. Are there any statistics for e4d in an view on site. Many thanks,

The Clomid has by far and away better results. All that other stuff does, is lower your chances of conceiving with the Clomid! So you waste the best sway tactic trying to do things that don't even work, or barely work.

Yes, e4d = just one attempt in the fertile window.

Every 4 days is about the same as one attempt right now. 65% vs 67%. I think this is close enough to indicate they are working about the same.

My RE told me that Clomid has a really long half life (the amount of time that a drug takes to completely leave your body) and typically lasts for 1-2 months in your blood ****** after you take your last dose. I also confirmed this with my former pharmacy supervisor.

:agree: this is in line with what we've observed, still quite a lot of girls conceived in the month after stopping Clomid. :)

And if we miss a day for e4d do we just bd the following day etc? And then four days from that day or stick to original pattern?, does it make a difference?

Yes, just BD the next available opportunity, and count 4 days from the NEW BD day, not the original.

YES that does make a difference totally!! You don't want to end up having something come up and have a late e4d attempt (so you were supposed to BD on CD 11, then again on CD 14, and couldn't till CD 12. You'd end up with 2 attempts in the fertile window if you kept counting from CD 11. So you'd want to start the count from the day you actually DTD, in this case, CD 12 and then again CD 15
