Any thoughts on chia seeds for a girl sway? It seems to be a great source of fiber, and apparently has a positive effect on blood glucose levels. I became most interested in it because it is thought to really help to control hunger and that is such a hard part of this diet for me, particularly in the evening. I don't know much about it and wondered if any one had more info.

Chia seeds have a lot of protein and healthy fat...I would give them a miss.

Thanks Atomic! I've started adding more fiber to my beverages and that has seemed to help curb the desire to snack.
