I drink a few Dr peppers a week, I would say 2-4 every week. Other then that I drink alkaline water and lemon water. I also eat chocolate and other sweets a few times a week.
Are these things bad to eat/drink while swaying boy?

Personally I think it's fine in moderation. I was definitely drinking soda and eating sweets when I got pregnant with DS1 and DS3 (was a little more health conscious with DS2). In fact with DS3 I was having soda and sweets daily for many months!

I definitely got my boys drinking Dr. Pepper. :)
The only thing to consider is if you gain a lot of weight, it doesn't seem to help your sway any and may even hurt it. And if you have PCO-tendencies, too much sugar + HE Diet may really aggravate PCOS.
ONly people who are underweight should gain 10-15 lbs. while swaying. Most people should only gain 3-5 lbs. People who are already heavy should hold steady where they're at. NO more weight gain than that. So you may have to keep an eye on sugary things to prevent extra weight gain since HE Diet can make you gain weight if you're not careful.
