Hey guys.
As so often seems to happen, I've been having a mysterious outbreak of the same question just seemingly randomly from 48 different people this week and I need YOUR help tracking down where it's coming from. I can't go through every bit of info so if you know where it's coming from gimme a heads up, I'd appreciate it and then I can change it.
References to sugar between meals and/or not mixing protein and carbs for pink swayers?
I am assuming there was either something written not clearly or something I was originally speculating about that I'm not any more.
Just to clarify, pink swayers - anything with sugar or more than like 5-10 calories WITH A MEAL ONLY
Anything artificially sweetened or zero cal - ok between meals.
You do NOT have to eat ONLY carbs or ONLY protein at meals. It is fine to eat protein and carbs together for pink swayers and in fact you will probably HAVE to to be able to get enough food intake for the day. Blue swayers MUST eat protein and carbs together at every meal and snack but that does not, therefore, mean that pink swayers can't eat them together. Blue swayers are doing LOTS of things differently and it is fine for pink swayers to mix protein and carbs together.
The only exception to this, is barely an exception, just something we were speculating about - for people who must eat breakfast for work or health or exercise reasons, they ~may~ want to eat just protein or just carbs together for just that one morning meal and then eat protein and carbs together at their later meals. If you have already skipped breakfast you do NOT need to do this for your morning meal (even if having 3 meals.) This is ONLY for people who have to get up and eat and run to work right off the bat or whatever.
