Hello everyone! Mummy of two beautiful girls here, hoping to complete our family with a little boy.
I've been lurking on this website for a while now, and started swaying around 3 months ago. Looking at first attempt in about 3 weeks. Just wondering if anyone had any advice or opinions on my sway.
Supps: fish oil 1000 (2/day), coq10, vit D, folic acid, royal jelly, probiotic, multivitamin
Will start fertile cm and guaifenesin from AF next cycle.
DH: fish oil, coq10, multivitamin, vit D
Stopped EPO and wheatgrass after reading here recently some possible failed sways that had these in common but have been taking up until a week or so ago.
Drinks: Lemon water first thing
V8 juice once or twice per day
Finding it hard but will try to stop my daily full-fat milk latte/ coffee, but have been drinking these up until now.
Green tea or normal tea
Water
Breakfast: cereal, granola and whole milk
Or
An egg on toast with avocado
Daily Smoothie of banana, avocado, apple, lemon, gelatin, pumpkin seeds and coconut water
Lunch: salmon sushi or veggie soup or salad sandwich
Dinner of grass-fed beef (3/week) or fish (2/week) with lots of vegetables. Some takeaway or stir fry also.
Starting a bit of weight training exercise.
Have got pre-seed ready for attempt.
I'm thinking I'll BD maybe same day or next day after flashing smiley on clearblue OPK.
Will go with BD of every 3 days or so (protected) for the two weeks preceding attempt.
I'm 33, he's 38.
Moon won't be full, but that's out of my hands I guess.
