Metamucil, without extra added vitamins/antioxidants, is made from physillium. The husks are not as finely ground as seen in Metamucil. Plus, Metamucil comes in flavor varieties that make it more palatable.

Well, it's not another name for it, but it is a KIND of fiber. There are other kinds if you prefer them.

Just to make sure you understand what I'm saying here - T.Rex is a kind of dinosaur but it's not another name for dinosaur.

So if psyllium husks are not your cup of tea there are many other kinds of fiber to choose from, you don't have to use that particular type, you could use any of the kinds of fiber on the market.

Hi
I used to be a dream member but after a couple of miscarriages and being told to wait to conceive again. The membership has expired and I can't find a way to access my information and sway plan. But that's ok, I think I remembered most of it for this cycle and we did 1 attempt a few nights ago and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it works!

Took clomid 50mg from day 3-7
, started LH tests from day 9, first one with darkish but not positive. The rest since have been light.
However I've been getting oestradiol blood tests done, and it was 800pmol/l on day 8, 1800pmol/l on day 13 then 900pmol/l on day 14.
My LH testing has always been tricky, never really been able to get a positive ovulation tests but I'm wondering if anyone can help by giving me an idea on when they think I might have ovulated based on the above info.
I can usually tell from my CM but I went really strict on the LE this cycle and plus the clomid, I think it affected my CM and I hardly got any watery mucusy EWCM at all.

The sway plan and stuff is still there if you want to renew the coaching. The plans are yours to keep but you need to download them, if you want me to I can try to track down the plan and send it to you (just message me your email)

No, I can't tell when you've ovulated based on that info. I think it's entirely possible you haven't ovulated yet and I urge you to be doing every 4 days attempts.

Thanks atomic!
Yeah we DTD on Monday night and intend to DTD again tomorrow (Friday night). I hope that's right in terms of e4ds ie. 96 hours apart.

I would love to have the plan emailed to me / how do I message you privately to give you my email address?

Fingers crossed for this attempt! I don't have anymore Clomid supply left! But I've really put all my energy into this -
LE diet since miscarriage 3 months ago
Almost entirely vegetarian
No supplement except folinic acid and ubiquinol
Hubby been on OLE for past two months and started cycling a bit a month ago

I deliberately gained a bit of weight in the first month so I could go a bit more hardcore on LE diet this month and lost about one kg but BmI still 18 now
But hoping that in my going harder on the diet this cycle wouldn't have made my ovulation go out of whack.

Send me a PM by clicking my user name.

No more weight loss. You should not have gone stricter on the diet, please do not do that any more. It does not help and delays or even stops ovualtion. You are below the cutoff for a healthy pregnancy now.

PLEASE be BD every 4 days and I'd also do OPK strips and have one more attempt at pos OPK since this is your last month on Clomid.

OPK was positive yesterday! First time I've ever gotten such a strong positive! So my weight loss probably did delay my ovulation cos I've never ovulated past day 16 before.
Anyway, DTD last night - which was 96 hours after our last DTD.
Does that still count as one attempt?
And any extra tips on what I should be doing in the next 2ww?
I'm worried about eating more in case it raises my blood sugars while the sperm is still waiting to hit the egg but also concerned that my current weight will not be able to sustain a pregnancy and I will miscarry again.
Thanks atomic...

Yes that's still one attempt really, the odds that there were any sperm that far out from O is very slim.

Don't worry about your blood sugar now, you need food or you're quite right your body will not "take the chance" on getting pregnant. I don't mean for you to totally toss diet out the window, but increase cals right now to stop the weight loss.
