According to my temps I ovulated on Monday because they shot way up on Tuesday and were also very high on Wednesday. This morning they dropped way down but its the first night that I have slept with the window open and it was 9 degrees Celsius outside. Is that probably the reason my temps dropped or have I probably not ovulated?

I wasn't cold when I woke up otherwise I would have thought that was it for sure.

Either option is possible, this is why NFP wants you guys not to rely on ONE temperature. One temperature is meaningless. It has to be 3 or more elevated temps to show that O has occured and yeah if you get one low fluke one in there, you STILL have to wait for the 3 elevated temps in a row to prove O! Temps can also be higher than normal from flukiness so while it's likely that your highs on Tues and Wed. would have continued that one more day you just can't know for sure.
We can tell more by looking at the chart as a whole, can you post it?

I thought it was lower than it was, I must have been half asleep when I read the temp yesterday morning when I double checked my thermometer last night it was around .2 degrees higher than I originally thought but it was still quite a dip. It's back up this morning though :) here's my chart! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170519/6b19444a74c8afd449059e8187f48ed6.jpg

yes that all matches up nicely with what the chart says so I'd assume that dip is from the open window!
