Hi
Atomic. Just wondering did you get my lengthty private message? Not sure if it definitely sent! I know you are very busy so take your time replying:)
I am a bit overwhelmed with all the information and not sure what to do.
No snacks at all? Not even fruit? Bd every 4 days and 3 meals a day. I will find it hard to give up tea!lol

It is much easier for me to answer questions, particularly lengthy ones, out here in the forums. That way everyone can see my response. If every member sends me a massive list of the same questions again and again via PM that would end up taking me an eternity to help people. I also do not answer PM's anywhere near as quickly as I do forum posts. So unless it was highly personal I would please request to repost the message out here and then I'll get back to you as quickly as I can.
No snacks. If you can't get by on 3 meals, go to 4. Do not be eating all day every day for pink.
I understand it's hard to give up tea but I do believe it really does help.

I replied to your post and answered the personal questions there. For the more general questions, please ask out here in the forums, it's really so very much easier on me for you guys to do it that way. Thank you.

You can still have 3 meals, you just push them into a narrower time frame. Or, you can eat 900 cals per meal (cals add up faster than you think!) Whichever works better for you.
Yes, you can have chocolate, yogurt, and fruit. We started off thinking not to have dark chocolate but that really hasn't seemed to matter at all.

Thanks :) So maybe breakfast at 9, lunch at 1 and dinner at 5 or 6. Only have desserts with meals and fruit with meals? So to not eat them as snacks.

Yes that sounds good if that will work for you!! Yes please just have your foods with meals, not all day long.

Also try not to eat sugary foods? So no ice cream really or sweets? I ate a lot of chocolate and sweets and takeaways before this pregnancy. Thanks so much for all your help!
