Hello I just heard about this and purchased a package however I don't know anything yet as to my diet and such. I have read a couple threads however I have four boys to chase around so if anyone can enlighten me as to what I should be doing to have a girl I would greatly appreciate it more than you know. I lost a daughter 9 years ago and desperately want another. I am almost 34 so I need to start soon. My husband is willing to corporate if he need to do anything different. Thank you so much!!!

Hi there! Thank you so much for getting back to me:) while I am waiting for my plan, what should I be doing now? Like what food should I eat, how often, when should I dtd and when should I not do it? I didn't know hardly of these acronyms lol. I had to look them up. So just any information to get me started while your still working on my plan would be great. I ordered ovulation tests from Amazon. They should be here tomorrow. I am 6 days late on my period but all pg tests say negative. And thank you, we miss her dearly and I know a girl won't replace her but I wanna buy pink and purple and do dress up and nails ect.. Thanks again

Oh and where will I receive my planet? Will it be in my email?

Here is some stuff that may help - it's the free stuff that comes with the plan, the diet book is most important. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/custom-swaying-resources/

I would be using protection for now as you may not have ovulated!!

Your plan will be posted right below your questionnaires (that way we have all info under one roof). You'll get a message with a link in it if you can't find the questionnaires. :)

I'll try my best to whip through the plans and get yours to you as quickly as I can.

Okay thank you so much! I just noticed I typed planet instead of plan lol. I want to start asap however I understand your busy so don't overwhelm yourself working to hard on my plan and I am sorry for all the questions, my sister told me about this but I literally know nothing about it.

Welcome and sorry to hear of your loss. I have been on these boards for a few years now and love the support. First, like Atomic has said, I would use protection for a few months if you are ok with waiting to TTC (Trying To Conceive).
The best results have been with the Low Everything (LE) Diet for at least 12 weeks prior to attempting to get pregnant. 5-6 days of exercising 60 mins a day (cardio type), and only one attempt (Doing the Deed - DTD) at a positive OPK. That means you only have unprotected sex the one time when the OPK is positive.

The LE Diet is basically no red meat, little to no meat proteins, limits on fat and protein and overall calories. Atomic's signature has great links to help. There is no real right or wrong foods, just staying in the limits.

Otherwise, take a look around the site and see that information you can gather.

Is opk the ovulation kit? So when I have a positive on that I should dtd once? I just tested and the line is lighter than the control line so what does that mean? I have been basically doing a diet similar to low everything. I'm not good with patience but I am trying because I desperately want a girl again:) thank you. I don't know very many of the acronyms lol

K I know we talked already this morning just answering for benefit of others who may read this thread.

OPK is ovulation predictor kit, when you get a positive DTD that night.

Lighter than control is negative. Only when test line is as dark or darker than control, is it positive

Abbreviations are here:

Something popped up about my questionaire's saying I need to do them. I already did them though. Did you receive them? Or do I need to do them again? Let me know please so I can get started. I will be 34 in a couple days and I need to hurry and get pregnant with my DD:) thank you!

Yes, I have your questionnaires.

The thing is when you tell me you don't need the plan and then you do I need a couple days to get it done. I'm sorry I understand you're in a hurry but I do my schedule a certain way and it's hard for me to completely upend that. Unlike answering questions in the forums which I can do from anywhere, I need quiet uninterrupted time to do plans on my office computer, and so my kids' schedules have a huge effect on when I get the plans done. I am still well within my 7-10 day window of getting your plan done, so the plan is not overdue anyway. Thank you for your patience.

KN I have it done and sent in to tech support to be reformatted and posted in your custom sway forum. This process sometimes takes an additional day or so, if you want me to email you your original (it's not quite as fancy as the PDF version but has all the same info in it) so you can have it today I'm happy to do that, just let me know and PM me your email address.
