Starting the LE diet on Tuesday!
Also going to be having coffee with Splenda and skimmed milk
Diet Coke
And one glass of wine/spirit mixer with evening meal!
I feel excited but also nervous
I'm struggling slightly with the diet
So wondered if there's any pink swayers out there that could just write one days worth of meals that you are eating so I can hopefully come up with a weekly plan and just repeat it!
I've downloaded a recipe app which has all the nutritional info so can try and add up totals but just want to hear some personal experiences of breakfast, lunch and tea
