Hi I will be ttc from September.
I think going vegetarian, 3 meals per day and no snacking in between, skipping Bfast and drinking coffee is a good start- that's what I'm doing so far. My Dh is also drinking a cup of soy milk most days.
My next step is to add exercise 60 mins per day, wine at night and stay under 1800 cals per day. I think if you have the time start doing one or two tactics each month so it's not so overwhelming.
Good luck!

Is red wine good for this process?

I drink either white or red with dinner I don't think it matters as long as you count them in your calories for the day. I am aiming for 1800 cals: 40-50g protein and 30-60 grams of fat per day because I'm breastfeeding still.
I have an app on my phone where I write in everything I eat and it adds up the cals fat and protein for me which makes it easier to keep within the limits of the le diet.

That's the one I have!
Have only been using it for two days but it makes it much easier to know the amount of protein and fat you are eating! X

If you ask me specific questions I"m happy to answer them. It's really hard for me to respond to general appeals - there is just so much ground to cover and I don't know what you need/don't need to know.

I use easy diet diary but I'm in Australia so it might not be useful for you. I think most people use my fitness pal. Well done on the weight loss so far! 20kg loss is amazing!

Thanks, I don't know if I should continue to loss weight since I have height, very tall. The app I downloaded today showed me that I have eaten 789 calories.

That is not nearly enough calories. If you are tall please increase calories to 1800-2000 right away.
What is your BMI?
