Should my partner do anything to sway?
He doesn't smoke, and that's not an option

He drinks a fair amount, should that stop or continue?
And what about diet? X

Husbands don't ahve to do diet, but if he went vegetarian or even just cut back it may help.

Drinking also seems to help.

Can you give me more info about his age, health, etc? Very hard to give blanket prescriptions on stuff like this without a Custom Plan since I don't have the info.

He will be reducing slightly as eating evening meals with me!!

He's 33, fit and healthy!
I think he has high testorone, as he has high sex drive and slightly receeding hair! Xx

But we have never had any hard evidence that testosterone in males even sways, and in fact some evidence (in the form of balding men with all girls like Bruce Willis - who now has 5 daughters!) that it may NOT.

All that testosterone stuff is just a theory. Not even a GOOD theory because there are things that make us wonder if it is even true. The way people make it sound, it's like people have had blood tests or something but that study has not ever been done and all this is based on speculation, not hard fact.
