So sorry to post again
But these have been my potassium levels for the last 3 days
No idea what they should be but a quick google search makes me think It's not enough!
I'm doing ok with calories and protein, fat is slightly low
I'm eating a lot more fruit and veg than ever before!
Let me know what you think atomic! Many thanks
I appreciate your time xhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170602/790e7fd468095a2353803cbaebc51c37.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170602/84b02358369044a1b9c798bc18b04a36.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170602/fd3d39cfa06ca6615ad7c45d27d4460d.jpg

My fitness pal and similar apps are not always accurate on potassium. You need 2500 mg a day but you are probably getting much more than it's stating on there. i'd have a quick double check on Self. com because they do have accurate potassium data for most foods.

Great thanks!
I thought it seemed very low considering the amount of fruit and veg I'm eating!!
Thanks xx

Exactly!! It's one of my personal pet peeves how inaccurate the potassium data is (after all this time!! we've been fighting that for over 5 years and you'd think it would have been fixed at some point!!)
