Hi,
I sway for a girl.
Last month I've miscarried at 6 weeks (17th May) After two weeks I get first AF.
I took OPK test last night and was positive, I also took pregnancy test also positive so I think I have still some Hcg in the blood.
Does it have any influence on ovulation?
Here is my chart:

Is it possible that I Oed on 7 day of my cycle? Normally My cycle is 31-33 days long with Ov on 17-19

Hiya no real advice but I've recently had a miscarriage at 7 ish weeks! So sending hugs!
Haven't had my period return yet! I'm desperate for it to come back though so I know things are back to normal and I can start tracking!
Did you sway before you became pregnant with the baby you lost? X

If you still have HCG in the blood enough to register on a pregnancy test then you won't ovulate. (this can also make an OPK positive as well)
It's slightly unusual for there to be that much HCG left especially after having had an AF. Is there any way you could still be pregnant? How was the miscarriage diagnosed?

It was diagnosed by my gynecologist (ultrasound). She also made Hcg blood test etc. We BD once straight after mc before this AF.

Hi Lovellcute, sorry for your loss too!!
yes I swayed before this mc. I was doing LE diet for about 17 weeks, coffee, some alcohol, fiber and supps for my DH. I had a break for 2 weeks and after that I got back on LE diet.
I'm good right now, but after this positive test I worry that I don't know: "something" left from this pregnancy, or am I pregnant again and I drink a lot of coffee and other things to sway!
I'm very confused!

I think you need to call for an appointment because you could either be pregnant again already (it can happen, not often, but it can, that you'll release egg right after a loss) or there is retained tissue which needs to be addressed. In the meantime, I want you taking your temperature every day and if you spike a temp, even if it's only 99, get thee to the ER immediately. If you feel achy, sore, generally unwell, even without a fever, run, don't walk to the ER.

Thank you!
I took a pregnancy test today and still positive but darker als this previous one! So I hope it is another pregnancy!
I will make an appointment tomorrow morning for sure!!!
It is really strange, because I had mc on 16 May, bleeding till 22, and BD on 25th.

I've seen it happen a few times (like I can count on one hand) Don't get too excited yet though as it may be retained tissue and not a new pregnancy. Good luck!

I had twins. Probably only one is left.
Could it cause this low progesterone?

Have they tested your progesterone again?? Do we know if it's still low or if it is now rising?
The thing with progesterone is that since you don't know what day you Oed and conceived, you don't even know what # your progesterone was supposed to be that day. So it may be just a measurement error from testing on a different day than you thought you were on, coupled with the strange readings from losing the twin pregnancy (I'm so sorry!!)

This number is from Thursday morning and in the evening I started bleeding (and I think I MCed one of twins). On Friday I had also blood test but the results will tomorrow.
It so hard because I've never thought that i could have twins and when I saw (on Tuesday ) two gestational sacs I was so happy!
I hope everything will be ok! I try not to worry.
Thank you sooo much for your answers and support

Thank you Atomic!
Everything is going well, I don't need D&C.
I have some questions because of my miscarriages. I had two losses within one month. I'm confused if I made something wrong with my sway. I had two perfect pregnancies and two healthy boys so I am in shock!
Well, I'm doing LE diet since January.
40g Protein, 50g fat, 1300-1500kcal, no snacking, no breakfast, some cinnamon
DW: LR, OLE
DD: Folic Acid, Fibre,
previously Vitex (3 months), BF(till May)
Should I change/add sth after those m/c?
My gynecologist recommend me baby aspirin 100mg, and Progesterone after Ovulation, iron (because of low level).
I want try to get Clomid and use it 3-7CD, should I?
Maybe some coq10? Or Folate instead of Folic acid?
I don't know if I should make one or two months break or try TTC after first AF or catch the first egg?
Could you please give me some advice ❤️

It is possible that a) the second pregnancy was just too hot on the heels of the first one - that is a theory I don't always subscribe to/believe in but it is possible and much more likely b) twin pregnancies are just fragile. They are more likely to miscarry and it may have been that the first loss was just bad luck (most of us have had at least 1-2 losses over the course of time) and then the second was a risky proposition due to it being twins. I find this the most likely.
Can you please tell me your weight? BEcause unless you have more than 30 lbs to spare, I want you to increase your cal intake to 1500-1800. You also should not be doing cinnamon at all unless you have a significant amount of weight to lose. I seriously use cinnamon in like 3-5% of sways and it is not right for everyone.
Hubs ditch LR at this point anyway
:agree: switching to folate does not hurt and may help.
NO more vitex.
I really, really advise against the aspirin unless the doc has tested you and found you have a genetic disorder that affects blood clotting. The idea that women should be given aspirin after a couple losses is falling into disfavor since several studies have found that it doesn't help and in fact may even cause some miscarriages. Additionally you should not do the aspirin on top of the cinnamon anyway as both are blood thinners.
Depending on your weight I may have you drop fiber as well
Progesterone after O has been studied and found not to help anyone get or stay pregnant. It is up to you if you wish to use it but it is very, very unlikely that progesterone being low caused the pregnancies to end. What actually happens is that the pregnancy is not developing normally and your body detects that, and then stops making progesterone to end the pregnancy - it is nature's way of ending a pregnancy that is not developing right. Doctors still prescribe it some of them because it is just what they were taught to do in med school but it's no longer supported by science.
I don't want you on coq10 unless you stop the cinnamon. Both will lower your blood sugar level too far.
Yes yes by all means get Clomid if you can. You MUST NOT take vitex when using Clomid.
RE when to try - I'd not try to catch the first egg this time. We may need things to work themselves out for a month first. So I'd split the difference, since you didn't need the D and C thankfully, just wait till you have a period and then try for the second egg, not the first.

Well, my BMI is 21,7 and weight 130lbs. I've lost about 13lbs during the first three months but right now I cannot lose more weight. Sometimes I'm over those 1500 kcal. During my first mc I gained 2lbs.
I don't take Vitex anymore.
DH takes LR because of his stomach problems.
Re aspirin: my doc didn't test me and told that aspirin may increase chances of a healthy pregnancy (up to 60%) so I'm little confused because I also read many oppositions.
I will try my best get clomid! So, we will wait for a period and then try for the second egg.
I don't know if I should add something or just do what I previously did: LE diet, no snacking, no breakfast, coffee, some alcohol. And only switching to Folate.
Coq10 I've also read that may sway blue so maybe it is too risky.
Maybe inofolic?
Could lower blood sugar level be dangerous?

Ok so drop the cinnamon, up calories. No more fiber either.
I understand that is what doctors used to think but several studies came out over the past few years that showed aspirin in the best case didn't help and possibly hurt. The Internet has old outdated info on it so you can still read plenty of people saying it works but the newest studies indicate it doesn't. Sometimes doctors will continue using things even after they are shown not to work. It is of course up to you, I just want you to have a healthy pregnancy.
I am fine with you leaving out coq10 not because it sways blue but just because I honestly don't think it really helps.
Please do not take inofolic. You do not need that at your weight and without history of PCOS.
YES lower blood sugar level can be dangerous as it can make you faint and you can hit your head and die, or crash your car. I don't want you to continue that cinnamon, there is absolutely no reason for you to be using it.
