Ladies!!! I had my very first cup of coffee and didn't totally hate it! I have always loved the smell but could never stomach it. I only had 2 fl oz haha. Gotta start somewhere!
What is the smallest amount I could drink and make a different in my sway? Caffeinated? I put some milk and sugar in it and had it with dinner.

Hey! Ahh I was the same
Loved the smell but literally could not drink it
I started with small cups with milk and sugar
Then I took out the sugar and had less and less milk
Now it's been about 3 weeks and I am sat here drinking a POT of coffee (instant) with a dash of skimmed milk and abit of artificial sweetener
And I'm enjoying it.. a lot!
I actually crave it now and look forward to it every day!
And the extra energy is a complete bonus! I wish I had started drinking it years ago!!! X

I'm kind of afraid of getting addicted to it! Haha. So we should do full caffeine? [emoji848]

Follow up question - should I drink coffee AND peppermint tea, atomic? In my sway plan from last year it says I should drink 3 cups of peppermint tea a day. But we tried for 2-3 months and didn't get pregnant.

We don't know enough to know about the amounts necessary. I suspect that it varies by person anyway.
We don't know if it is the caffeine or something in the coffee itself and thus I recommend caffeinated coffee. But some have had decaf instead.

I would leave it out at this point.

Salted Carmel coffee, French vanilla coffee... all of these don't have nutrition facts. Do I assume no sugar, etc? https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170708/f1f29e80a30c30101e551140ae29149c.jpg

If you like your coffee flavored/sweeter I use the sugar-free Torani coffee syrups. They aren't cheap but I can't drink black coffee either and the syrup & a little whole milk (I'm on PCOS LE) make my coffee just perfect :) I easily throw back 3 or so cups a day!! Not sure what I'm going to do when I'm preggo and have to cut back on the caffeine though! Eek.

I will have to try that! It doesn't hurt to drink these though right?

Yes I think that's just flavoring and not sugar or anything Deb! (and yum that looks mighty tasty)

If you mean will they hurt your sway I wouldn't see why they would. They're sweetened with Splenda (which I believe is thought to - if anything - sway pink) so if you don't like or are sensitive to Splenda then you would probably not want to use it.
