Still a bit undecided if I should be adding exercise to my sway . I am about 8 weeks away from 1st attempt . Have been on LE diet 1200-1400 cal ( completely vegetarian) bmi 19 . I am not really loosing that much weight because eating carbs and sugar is not really helping ( at the same time I don't really have that much to loose )
So my question is .. do you think I should add exercise 1 hour 5-6 days a week at this point so should I just do the couch potato route ... I know the exercise has gotten great results but I wonder if it was for people that had a bit more to loose ? Thoughts ? :)
