I have read in other topics that exercise is good for DH. My husband is willing to help sway and is running for 30 minutes or biking for an hour 3-4 days a week. I'm wondering if he should be running for an hour like it is suggested for DW to sway pink?

Should he also be dieting with me? Drinking alcohol and coffee like me? He is 6'2" and probably 180 pounds. He doesn't fluctuate weight at all no matter what he does so it's just a matter if he should be eating within the LE limits too or no?

No, hubby doens't need to stick in LE Diet limits. If he wanted to go vegetarian or even vegan that may help. Some have given their hubbies soy milk or foods daily and that may help. Running and biking may help but NO he doesn't need to do an hour. The blood sugar and nutrient stuff is primarily for you.

Alcohol and coffee for DH may indeed help if he's willing.

Also, while this is obviously not the greatest habit for health, smoking has been shown in studies and in our experiences to sway pink. This is actually the only thing my husband did for our sway (he did some other stuff but it was coincidental, not deliberate). If it's something he enjoys now and then, like a pipe or cigar, it may help a bit.

He's definitely not going to smoke but what about a nicotine patch?

I have studies that show smoking may sway pink but there are always studies. The REAL thing about smoking is that TONS of our blue swayers' hubbies smoke, and a much smaller # of pink swayers' husbands do (despite having gobs more pink swayers) and when I see a trend in that direction I like to follow it. :)

NO ONE start smoking or using a nicotine patch or vaping for a sway We do not know what aspect of cigs smoke and it may not even be nicotine so I would not ever recommend going that route. This advice is SOLELY for men who already do indulge in that arena and not teetotalers since of course it's not great for health and is a habit that most of us gals would prefer our husbands quit.
