Hello, i would like to ask if nuts are fine in Le diet. Not in big amount just a little daily...like 10almonds or mix of nuts and seeds. I eat low fat foods so i need to add some more fat in diet. Ofc i count also prontein from them too

I did not use them. They are quite nutrient rich. I would probably find other ways to get more fat in your diet like putting butter on a few things. But that is just me. Atomic might think differently for you.

All foods are approved within LE Diet limits.
Newer data has indicated the kind of vegetable fats in nuts may even help a pink sway a little (as long as you're eating more veg. than animal fat).
I ate peanut butter, but did give up nut nuts simply because I"d eaten them a lot when I got my boys. I have seen people get girls while eating them and I also use them for boy sways too but they eat them in addition to lots of other foods including lots of animal fat.

So me eating sunflower seeds for lunch and dinner is okay then Atomic? Was going to leave them out my next three weeks, because I'm addicted to them I think. Lol

I think you're fine to eat sunflower seeds. I ate sliced almonds on my salad daily and sometimes had them as a small snack the month when I got my BFP. I really believe as long as whatever you eat fits into the daily totals, you will be fine. I stuck to the limits with everything, including my 4th smallish meal, and I'm having a girl. Cheats I left as cheats though- let's be real here, haha!
Good luck to you!!

Yes as long as you're in the overall limits for the day any food is ok.
The only people who will want to even consider things like this are those trying to blend the diets. If you're not blending diets, there are no forbidden foods.
