Ok so this is my sway for pink
Would love atomic or anyone else to give me some feedback etc

Ok so I'm doing LE diet, 1800 calories, 40/50g protein, 30/40g fat
Not watching salt at all
Or sugar or carbs
I'm eating a lot of potatoes and tomatoes and a few bananas? I've just read these are boy foods though????? Ahhhhhh I don't know what I would eat without potatoes?
I seem to be hitting the limits for protein but not enough fat or calories so am eating sweets like jelly babies etc with my meals to bump up calories as I don't have any weight to loose!
Also no red meat, very few portions of fish maybe one tiny bit a week and a few bites of chicken here and there!

Typical day is
Breakfast - toast or rice puffs, or bagel
Lunch - night before left overs, or wrap with salad and fruit
Lunch- roasted veg, jacket potatoe with salad, or home made pizza, or veggie burger things with veg
And some fruit, wine and jelly beans
16 hours between last meal and breakfast

No snacks (sad face)

Gone from drinking no coffee to 2,3 cups a day

One glass of wine with evening meal most nights

I'm also breastfeeding

I can't do the exercise due to back problems unfortunately!

Any suggestions or tips or anything I can change?

There are no boy foods and girl foods. The idea makes no sense and if potatoes had a magic boy making quality the Irish and the Incas, whose diets consisted of lots of potato, would have had vastly altered gender ratio (they didn't)

The reason why those things were supposedly boy foods is because of potassium. The old school mineral diets claimed that potassium = boys BUT at the same time they were ingesting tons of dairy. Dairy has LOADS of potassium so in order to both limit potassium and also increase dairy they had to cut out all other sources of potassium. On LE Diet we do not do all that dairy (since we'd go way over on fat and protein if we did) and thus not only can we eat potassium foods (I don't think potassium does anythign whatever for swaying anyway, but even if it did) we actually HAVE to eat them in order to get enough potasium for our bodies to function. And by function I mean NOT DIE. Not exaggerating here, not eating enough potassium can be fatal and especially breastfeeding and coming into the summer months I really want you to make an effort to keep eating those potassium foods.

Since you are breastfeeding you need to increase cals to 1800 and up protein and fat to 50-60 g apiece. This does not hurt your sway and we have good results with people eating this range of food.

Great! thanks for the advice! Have been thinking of upping the limits slightly as I feel hungry and I can tell my milk supply has slightly dropped!
But I'm quite an obsessive person and a perfectionist so when I see limits of 40/50g I will always strive for 40g not a gram over
So I'm going to work on relaxing and not stressing about it!
My eating habits are so so so different than before and I know my blood sugar levels are different so I feel I'm getting quite a good sway!
I'm looking through an old thread from 2011 and it says there is a limit on salt but that's not the case anymore is it?

Getting an Indian takeaway tonight and I'm surprised that by getting the vegetable options I can stay within limits... just haha x

40 is not enough. 50-60 g when nursing!

Most of us totally gave up on the sodium thing and our results only went up when we did. I got my girl eating tons after getting my 4th boy while limiting it.
