Switch to white rice?

I'm not sure why this thread was locked but I opened it.

White vs. whole grain is a huge gray area. I see evidence going both ways, that whole grains could be better for blue or worse for blue and I honestly do not know for sure. We used exclusively whole grains that first 2 years of the site and got good results for blue but there really is a case to be made biologically for having white as well or even instead of. Most blue swayers are barely eating any grains anyway due to potential weight gain so I have mostly left the ball in your guys' courts here. I did eat tons of white rice when I got some of my boys but also my girl as well!
