If there was one thing that you think DH should do for your sway, what would it be?
Mine doesn't smoke and only has a couple of beers at the weekend. I was thinking of getting him to take a multi vitamin? Or some sort of supplement? Any ideas? He's cut way down on the energy drinks since our last sway but still has a few in the week. I'm going to try and get him to stop altogether (I pour them out sometimes when his back is turned) :p

Hmmm. My DH was a big meat eater with our boys. I wouldn't sweat the beers- my DH only drank a few on the weekends too. Mine took a Multivitamin and Vitamin D with all of our boys. If he exercised, he lifted weights and jogged a bit. Mainly weights. Protein shakes. He also drank coffee or green tea. That's all I can think of for now. I only swayed for DS3 (for pink though). I was my own undoing that brought him to us. I wouldn't trade him for anything [emoji4]!

I'm sending you all of my blue baby dust [emoji597][emoji92][emoji170][emoji843][emoji170][emoji94]!!

I'd give him the trusty One a Day men's over 50 (even if he's not 50!) It works well and we've had good success with it.

I have two boys and DH took menevit ( a prenatal for men) one month before ds1 and a zinc supplement also.
He always drinks coffee, energy drinks and beer.
He eats lots of meat, carby things like potatoes and noodles and rice and loves salty foods and does not eat any sweets apart from sugar in coffee and energy drinks. He always skips breakfast and only eats twice a day- always has done this!
I know a few of these are girl friendly but just so you know some people get boys despite these factors so don't lose hope!
He doesn't exercise except for his physical tradie job.
He releases every couple of days- with me or not lol!
We DTD twice for ds1 and once for ds2- 1-3 days before ovulation.
I know you only asked for one thing but just thought I'd share a few things that probably helped us make boys.

If I could pick one it would be regular release like every couple of days ( not every day lol) so he has fresh sperm and a healthy libido.

Good luck I hope you get your boy!

Out of curiosity... What do think the one thing a pink swaying husband can do to help a sway?

Thanks. I had him take the men's one a day with my last sway but I have to order it so I got him the Centrum 50+ it had the least iron in it (his blood makes too much iron) and hes taking vit D.
He never drinks tea at all. Never has.

He used to work in Smokey clubs when we were TTC our 1st & 2nd
Never did much cardio always weights but he hasn't been able to in a the past 2-3 years as he has a few medical conditions. Used to eat red meat, not so much anymore. Never has breakfast. More of a snacker , never finishes a meal. Too many fizzy drinks to count.

I certainly don't recommend anyone smoke, obviously, but my DH is very "boy dad" in almost everything, but was smoking a pipe or cigar once or twice a week when we were conceiving DD. I was doing a ton on my end, but I think that certianly contributed.

Smoking and jogging/biking. Proven in studies.
