What are ya'll pink swayers using for the fiber supplement? I started with a generic brand Metamucil powder but it's already feeling a bit annoying to mix it up before every meal. The kind I have contains aspartame so I was happy about that since I don't drink diet sodas. I'm only a week into the diet so I'm still getting the new changes to feel natural.

I just use the Metamucil. I think there are some type of fiber pills you can use as well. You'll have to check with Atomic on that.

Have you been mixing it with water and chugging it right before your meal?

Yes, or a lot of times I just drink it with my meal which Atomic said was perfectly fine.

Ooh great!!
Just looked on amazon and it's quite expensive!!
If I went to a health shop and looked for fibre is there any requirements, like no sugar or gluten free that's better for pink sway? If that makes sense! Trying to find a cheaper alternative x

Where are you from? I use my Metamucil from Walmart. Atomic will know where to find the fiber pills at though.

I take psyllium husk pills (Netherlands). It's sold in every pharmacy for affordable prices.

I'm going to stick with the powder for no because of course I bought a huge jug of it! It's getting better, but it definitely doesn't make me have to go the bathroom, I almost feel a little constipated. I'm increasing water, I feel like I'm drinking fluids constantly! Coffee all morning, water all day, and alcohol with dinner!

Any fiber is fine. It doesn't matter what kind, just grab whatever type is avaiable easily for you.

You don't need the massive doses on the container. Those are meant for people who need it to correct for potty issues they have. Start off with the minimal dose and only with meals containing fat or fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E, K (this is usually dark leafy greens or skim dairy when people use it when not having any fat at a meal) but most of the time you'll use it only when eating fat. Taking a smaller dose helps prevent diarrhea. The point is just to absorb a little more fat/nutrients from what you've eaten.

Yes that's the problem with the fiber - if you do too much too fast it WILL constipate you so dial it back and be sure you're only doing it with the meals that have fat!

As a general rule I like you guys to drink only to your level of thirst. This is because many people are deliberately lowering their intake of sodium and potassium (you do not need to do this, ladies, but some are) and even those who are not, often have trouble getting as much as they normally do. Then you toss a lot of water onto that and it can flush out those things even more and can really cause you serious harm if your electrolytes get out of whack!

Now, I understand that this is an attempt to fight the fiber constipation but I did want to mention that so everyone is aware!
