Hi,
I am new here and looking for info on swaying. There are different packages for sale here and I am not sure which one comprises what! They are 99$ or 139$, what is the difference between personalized plan and plan to download right after purchase? Which one is better?
Does a purchased plan contain more info than the LE diet available on the dream member's forum?
Sorry but this is all a bit confusing, I just want to know the basics of the diet and which foods to have/avoid.
Thanks for your help 🙂

The personalized plan is one where I take all your information and make you a special plan based on that. It takes me about a week. It comes with 6 months of coaching. The immediate download plan is available immediately, no waiting. It doesn't have the coaching but you can still message me and I'll help you thru any questions.
IN addition to the plan itself the cost difference depends on what extra stuff you want with it. There's the 21 day diet book, a timing book, an OPK book, the Dream Membership and some of the plans come with some of that, others come with all of it. So if you think that stuff would be helpful, then that's the point of it. It's not necessary though.
The custom swayers don't get any insider info. I help everyone for free usually within a few days but it insures you always get immediate, same day response (often more than one time a day) and also you get the plan itself which means you don't have to worry about making a plan yourself, doing all the research, etc. Additionally, I do this as my full time job which I would not be able to DO without the plans (because I'd have to work outside the home and could not answer anyone's questions). This site represents thousands of hours of work on my part so if you appreciate the info, then I also appreciate the plans since it's how I make a living :)

Also, I do have a free short version of LE Diet here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/16780-low-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html

Thanks a lot. I have become a dream member and found a lot of information. I think I will have to modify the diet a bit as I can't lose weight (too skinny!) and live in Australia so products/brands are different.
