ie. can I have a cup of tea when I get up if I'm skipping breakfast? And a coffee an hour or so later? My routine forever, one of those things that gets me through :/
Thanks :) [emoji1374]

Coffee is pinker than tea and yes it's fine to have a cup of coffee in lieu of breakfast.

I'd skip the tea as we've seen a lot of boys conceived on that (including all four of mine LOL)
But coffee has been a great pink sway for us and I do recommend it. We allow whitener in it (whatever kind you like other than sugar sweetened) and then artificial sweetener (or nothing, of course). You will want to avoid sugar or cals in the coffee in the morning as that starts to add up and would count as breakfast.
