Have been doing the LE diet for 3 weeks and have lost abit of weight and I have none to loose!
I think it's affected my periods as I haven't had one since my miscarriage over a month ago but keep spotting randomly but no full period...
question is
How do I up the calories without going way over on protein?!?

Well, just to be sure you understand, it doesn't affect period, it affects ovulation. It is not uncommon for O to be delayed after a loss but yes we do need to get the weight under control.
In the Dream Members section there is an essay marked "quick fixes for diet disasters" and that has a lot of info in it that will help. But in the meantime, as long as you aren't a PCOSer you can always add in full sugar pop with a meal, that was what saved my bacon when I was swaying. It is an easy way to get a lot of cals very fast with nothing else.
Also, remember that low carb veg are free and unlimited, and higher carb veg are free for protein and fat, so if you ahve been counting these foods in your protein total, stop counting them. Fruit and starchy veg are also a great way of adding calories without protein and fat. :)
