I think 4 is the perfect age for Disney!! We are hoping to go in September and take our 7 and 4 year old and leave baby with grandparents! We took my oldest daughter at 4 by herself and it was magical!

Hello & loving March in part 3! Can't wait for our other friends to join us [emoji173]
Kat-good idea idea to leave baby with the grands! I have 2 more years before DS2 is 4, but I agree that's a great age where they are just so excited about everything. My first trip was when I was 6 & I still have great memories!

PBN! Just read! Uplifting you in prayers! Everything will be great with your sweet little baby! I just feel it in my heart! My mom bled the whole 9 months with me and I came out just fine! It'll all be okay. Big hugs! A long breaks from electronics can definitely help.

Srg i dont know about you but the heat and humidity is worse for me than the kids. This is my first ever summer trip to florida as now the kids are in schools and we can no longer take fall/spring vacations.

Ya know the talk about the perfect age for Disney & how we are soo not ready??...well we just attempted to take our 2 & 3 yr old to their first movie at the theater-Cars 3 & it was a big FAIL! At least for us it was a fail b/c we couldn't even make it through the whole movie, but to them it was a fun experience that they keep talking about haha. Just one more reminder that we're not ready!! Mommy & Daddy=0, Toddlers=1. I'd like to go when their attention spans are a little longer haha.

I thought it was a great color, but it was already here when we moved in. If I knew that we were having a girl then, I totally would have kept it!! I knew if I didn't paint it, I'd have another boy lol! Have you thought of nursery themes for either gender?

That's got to be frustrating dancing! But since there is no clear nub I wouldn't worry to much. This bring me to tears because I was just thinking last night I've been so hopeful and reality is starting to hit me. When I go to the u/s I could be hit with I will never get to have a girl to experience life with, to fix her hair, to get my mothers old doll house when she was little (yes my grandma still has it and with my first I remember she said when I have a girl it's mine), to get to create a beautiful girly nursery! I'm just scared I'll love a boy just as much it's just crushing. Every woman should get to experience the gender they want. But I bring myself back down when I get to excited the lottery is hard to hit and that's what it'll feel like for me.
On other news I've lost more weight? Not sure what's going on I'm still eating just fine and probably to much. Stomach still hurts a bit and I'm wondering if it has more to do with spleen?? I think I read somewhere enlarged spleen can cause unexplained weight loss..... I'm more of a self diagnoser lol I don't have time for any more extra dr visits [emoji12]

Dancing - I'm so sorry! When will you know for sure?

Ash - I guess that's good your losing weight as long as your ok!

Lola - I totally think this is another girl since I'm feeling bad. But, you are right, I was eating a lot with them so this is different.

Dancing- skull theory is not reliable at all. 2 of my 3 boys had a girlie skull. They are very much boys! Nub theory is much more reliable. I'm sorry you didn't get a good profile shot for nub guessing, but please do not fret one single bit about skull theory!!

Ash-I have the EXACT same fears! I want to pass down the dollhouse my dad made for me, my wedding dress and experience all of the awesome girlie stuff! At 38 now, just don't see myself having more. I would love more than anything to fulfill my dream of having a little girl. Like you mentioned, of course we'll love another boy, but it will be so final & crushing if we hear another boy. Weight loss sounds good, hope you're feeling ok.
Kat-good plan to stick with safe foods! To retract what I said before-I'm having no trouble with bland foods like noodles & rice, but the thought of some heavier foods make me nauseous. Surprising that the Mexican food didn't bother me, but that was a fav for me with all 3 lol. I've been feeling pretty crappy this week. We are getting so close to our appts yay!!!

((HUGS)) Everyone that is feeling the depth of GD. I fully understand what you all are going through. It has actually been easier with us being team green. If we can make it through the anatomy scan on Monday morning - we will be free. :D
I am trying really hard to accept the fact that this little one is going to be a boy and that he will most definitely be our last child. One thing that helps is that we knew we wanted another child, our family was not complete. So we did not go into this with the thought that it HAD to be our girl. Actually, I am scared to death of raising a little girl. I know boys! I have 2 older brothers. I am a tomboy. What would I do with a frilly little girl? But I still have the desire to have a girl none the less. Sorry, I am rambling.

Hope you all start to feel better soon and I just can't wait for next week's appointment to happen!!!

Oh Kat, I'm so sorry. But glad you got the Diclegis. After about a week, the sleepy side affect isn't so bad. I started out with the 2 at night and 1 in the afternoon, just after lunch. But it was making me so sleepy. So now I'm down to just the 2 at night and find that I just need to keep snacking in order to keep myself from feeling like I have an empty stomach which is what brings on more nausea. I wasn't able to even snack before the Diclegis. I hope it helps you. Hang in there.

Lola, Ash, thanks for the Doppler rec. I'm checking it out!

Ash - still mad over that comment. I had one friend post several years ago that she was having her 3rd girl and the comments about oh your poor husband, blah blah blah made me so mad/sad. I think someone even said I'm sorry - I was like whaaaa, I'm not sure she wasn't even wanting another girl.

Hubby says why would she write that like what was she thinking? He says don't let it get to me! But obviously it does. I'm thinking maybe I need to put a disclaimer on our gender announcement. If you don't want deleted don't make rude ass comments. [emoji4] have a nice day! Glad the meds are making you feel better. I don't want to jinx myself but I think maybe I'm over the hump. Hi ladies. I lost this thread. Glad to have found it.
Dreaming- Glad that the meds r working. When is your next scan?
Ash - I read the fb comment and I would really like to give that b**** a piece of my mind. Why can't people just not write anything if they don't have anything good to say. I also think that she was trying to be funny but that was a horrible joke. I pray with all
my might that u prove her wrong and get your gorgeous baby girl. Yay for hearing the heartbeat tomorrow.❤️
Kat - Glad that u could eat something for dinner. Dh took me out to eat tonight because he could see how exhausted I was by the evening. Dd and I are rarely home until 6 in the evening. I don't like eating or cooking these days. The smells make me want to puke. 🤢
I m so thankful for my cold overnight oats. They r keeping me alive. I made a big box for tomorrow so that I can eat it whenever I want. [emoji52]
Lolla - You will get your girl and won't have to post anything about being in trouble on fb. ❤️❤️I m
Praying for all of us.
Shannshaff - I also want to be team green but dh does wants to find out. I told him he can but he needs to keep it to himself. [emoji4]

Sky - Im eating overnight oats as I read this!! I put a banana on top. I'm going to take the meds during the day today to see how drowsy it makes me. It's a combo of unisom/b6 so definitely makes me tired, but I've got to eat. I guess I do anyways, ha! My OB said drinking is more important.

Maybe I jinxed myself Ash by saying I always gain so much weight in the beginning of pregnancy [emoji854] I hope your boys and you are ok today. Please wash your hands and Lysol a lot. Stomach bug during first trimester, um, no!!

Kat-I'm doing ok, thanks for asking! DH watched the boys & I took a 2 hour nap! I was just sooo exhausted & def feeling more nauseous these days. I actually threw up with DS1, but luckily it's nothing like that now. Glad the meds are helping, but it's so hard to be drowsy when you need to be "mommy" too. Are your girls out for the summer?

kat - glad you were able to eat. It is a vicious cycle when you are too sick to eat but the only thing to make you feel a bit better is to eat. Hang in there!!!

Ash - Glad everyone is doing better. And [emoji23] [emoji23]@ mommy never wants to cook. Same story here. But I m
still cooking for dd and dh. I never even include myself when thinking about cooking. The upside to all this is I may lose some weight and the OB won't add ten more tests because of my weight. [emoji849][emoji849]When is the Doppler coming? U try and post an audio if possible. It would be cuteness overload. ❤️❤️
Lolla - 1 week yay. I m so excited but nervous too. 🤞everything is ok. We came bk in the evening yesterday and dh was watching dd and I try to take a nap but they started fighting over chutes n ladders [emoji849][emoji849][emoji849][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] and I was up. Thankfully we went out to eat and I ate a decent meal which I paid for by walking forever. Atleast I could eat. Mine isn't too bad but not eating part makes me dizzy and low in energy. Worth every penny since I didn't get to hear hb first app. I could see it but not hear it. I was trying to find it to low at 10w I was trying to find it right by/under pubic bone then I realized duh 20weeks your right at belly button range so I tried smack in middle between pubic and belly button and there it was! I'll be dragging this baby everywhere I bet my grandmas would be amazed I'm sure they never got to experience anything like it

My Panorama blood test is today with results in a week or two. Next scan is on Tuesday. I also got the Doppler and it should be here next week.

I can't wait for next Friday-it can't get here soon enough! Praying that there's a baby & a heartbeat! I feel good about this though. I was so tired today! I entertained the boys at the playground & "spray play" park by myself today while DH worked. It's hot & humid in the 90s here & I kept feeling faint. It seemed like I needed to sit down often as I felt dizzy...or if I got up too fast. I don't have a big appetite, but I get these moments where I feel like I'm having low blood sugar or something and need to eat ASAP. This is not typical for me!!

Lolla - I hear you. My nausea is getting worse everyday. Today I realized that I feel really bad from morning to evening and start feeling better by late evening and a little hungry too. I hate cooking right now. So, today after I cooked for both dh and dd in the afternoon, I just took a slice of multigrain bread and applied butter and ate it then went to bed telling dh to dare not disturb me[emoji12][emoji12]. I slept on and off for 2 hours and then woke up feeling crap. Ate eggs and toast and that's when I started feeling better. It's midnight and I had to eat something particular so I got up and cooked and both dh and I ate. [emoji12][emoji12][emoji12] He is being too sweet about it and asked me if this is ms? He also noticed that I m so low from morning to evening n told me to not cook and we can eat out as long as it takes for the nausea to get better. [emoji4][emoji4]I m glad that he atleast thought about me.

I m also just praying for a baby and a heartbeat on the day of scan Lolla. It's just like u read my mind. 🤞🤞for all the appointments.

Lola - I don't believe the wives tales regarding anything, there's always an exception. However, as sick as I've been feeling I just think this is another girl. I'm different sick than I was with my girls in that I have zero appetite, but still sick which makes me think girl. Again, there are plenty of people that get sick with boys. Cravings do not predict gender. I know a lot of people roll their eyes when I say that but I have people ask me dozens of times a year for the past 6 years (and even before back when I was on IG!) and there is NO pattern to it, no rhyme or reason at all.

I craved all sorts of things with dd. It was such a easy breezy pregnancy. I was addicted to cold iced water and loved fruits which doesn't mean anything really because in my family everyone had terrible ms with girls and opposite with boys. [emoji41]I broke the chain with dd. This time I have bad nausea and I have no interest in eating. It gets worse when I m
hungry. But I like sour food not bland.

Mine is Tuesday at 11am. Looking forward to seeing a baby instead of a duck!

As far as cravings go, I'm right there with you Ash, carbs and fruit. It's the safe bet on the tummy. But I will say that the more protein I get the better I feel. So I've been trying to do Greek Yogurt and plain roasted or breaded chicken every day at least at dinner time. That's what's working for me right now.

I think with cravings, people have a tendency to remember things that stand out more. These may not be as prevalent as it really was- just different. For my boys, I seemed to have eaten more meat than I do now. However, I also craved sweets like none other with my DS2! It's just that the meat sticks out in my mind more, you know? I craved fruit and tomatoes ALL the time with my DS1, and I swear my DS3 should be a blueberry, haha!

Blue glad your feeling a bit better about this pregnancy. It is scary for me also to have another as I'll be on baby boy #5 I'm sure. And I kind of am wishing I kept it to myself a bit longer since I'm losing weight and not getting as big as I'd expected. Yesterday my grandma invited some church friends over for dinner I was talking with them about the pregnancy and baby and well of course they asked the dreaded question are you hoping for a girl. The friends were super nice and supportive but then my grandma decided to pipe in and say " well I'm sure deep down she's secretly wishing for a girl but I just don't think she'd fit in with 4 brothers" I was like for real lady?!? Kinda makes me not even want to tell them what I'm having. Hubbys family is super supportive either way (kinda have to be since his dad is pastor [emoji23]) and they'd never voice otherwise if they thought it and I am excited to share the news with them but my family not so much. Have you changed your mind on finding out gender yet? I'm dying to know

I've been nubsessing on the internet, and I finally posted my pics on another site and got 100% girl guesses. We announced the pregnancy on Facebook last week and just said it's our last and girl #4. I guess saying it out loud is my way of coping with not having a boy. If we're surprised at 20 weeks, we'll be excited to announce that, but it's probably best just to tell everyone now that it's another girl and avoid all the "I hope it's a boy" statements.

Srg that's a great idea and I kind of wish I would have waited now until my nub scan! You got a perfect shot on yours I'm so scared my tech will not give me one. I've been studying nubs so I can try to guess myself but as soon as I think I've got it down I guess boy and then see it's girl [emoji19] I'm horrible

Ash-- I'd studied enough that I knew it was a girl as soon as she put the wand on me and just waited until the end to ask. Of course, I'm secretly hoping that her "80% girl" is wrong and I'm in that 20%, but I know it's unlikely. I think I'm struggling because I'd really felt good about my chances for a boy. I'm getting better with the idea of an all-girl family. :)

Feeling so thankful today! I have not felt sick yet! I've only used sea bands, 1preggie pop (they're the BEST) and I hard ginger candy! The windows are open with a nice breese coming through on this 74 degree overcast day!, found heartbeat by pubic bone on left side and lost it then found again on right side up higher so little babe is active! House is decently clean and bathrooms scrubbed! Only one puking today [emoji17] we've been slowly passing this sickness over about a week and a half. So ready to find out what little one is so I can get excited either way and start planning the nursery

Sky-wow can't believe it's almost here. I feel nauseous here & there, but some days I feel like I have this huge gaping hole in my stomach & eating only makes it feel better...almost ravenous
! I never had this issue with either of my boys & so worried I'm going to gain weight early [emoji15]Hope you feel better...hopefully this will all be a distant memory soon!
Kat-getting so close & I'm so excited for you!!
Bluebooties-glad your appt went well! Hope your trip was wonderful! I can imagine the heat & being preggo wouldn't be easy, but def magical for your kiddos! I agree-what a strange comment from your OB...making assumptions
Ash-sounds like you've had a wonderful day & wow, that's a score! I bought some of those preggie pop drops! And the comment from your grandma-ugh every comment I hear like that just irks me ugh! People don't think they're saying anything wrong! I thought about telling family July 4th after my appt Friday...but maybe I'll just wait until I know gender like my original plan haha.
Srg-smart plan to go ahead & announce girl to avoid the boy statements! That's precisely why I need to wait until I know gender first...I'll post gender on FB before anyone has a chance to make the annoying comments.

Ash - I m having a better day in days today so far. Knock the wood. [emoji51]
I read about some tips to work on nausea and I tried eating a toast in the morning. More like swallowing and throwing in my stomach. It didn't make me miserable for a few hours. Eating lunch now before I head out for dd's countless classes. [emoji12]I really hope today is a good day and nausea stays away. [emoji52]wow Those MS goodies look great. I m glad the house is clean and boys are feeling better and the one who's still a little unwell also gets all better soon. Wow planning nursery and shopping sounds great.
Srg - That's a great idea. I know I hope it's a boy statement bugs me the most. I know people mean well but sometimes not saying anything is better than saying something stupid. [emoji12]I haven't even told the family yet and when I will, I m going to tell them that I m not going to find out the gender so that they don't even bother saying anything.
I somehow wrote this and sent but it didn't post. [emoji849][emoji51][emoji51][emoji51]
And now it's night. Today overall was better than other days. I hope tomorrow is the same. I did have nausea but it was something I could handle.

Blue I know this sounds completely crazy to a lot of people but I always cloth diaper my babies and it's nothing like it used to be in the old days. The diapers are super cute and super easy to use. I order mostly off www.kellyscloset.com they're expensive to get into but you for sure save money in the long run. I always order two when there is free shipping and they do rewards also. I've gotten at least 4 free diapers through them.

And this will sound even more off the wall BUT if formula is expensive for you there is a Thing called eats of feets I think that's what it is. Where women who produce to much breastmilk (like myself) get connected with a local mother and they would give their extra frozen milk to you at no cost. Some people think it's completely bizarre and some love the idea.

Srg, Bluebooties- I m so sorry that the world is full of such crappy people. Again, why can't they just say nothing than opening their mouth and talk Shit. Sorry I just get so so mad. We have a lot of girls in the family between us sisters and brothers and the horrible comments never stop and it pisses me off. I m not good with confrontations but my older sisters always had the perfect answer for the nonsense people come up with. And it really surprises me to see how much nonsense they can come up with. Screw them and enjoy your beautiful girls. I always think that my dad and mom must have had it harder than us but they raised a wonderful family and we have so much love between us. We don't need anyone when we r together. My family, our majority of girls clan is always a beautiful place to be a part of and trust me everyone who ever said those horrible comments knows that and wants to have that. I bet we can also build the same love and will be proud one day that we did.
And let's not even spend our energy on people and I have learnt it here. There are a few of us who have girls and get the horrible comments but the boy moms have also heard the same if not more and are equally scared to have another boy. I don't mean to be rude ladies but there is no
Pleasing those people so let's not. I would say We come here every chance we get and share and share more until we feel better. ❤️❤️

Aww kat I have an original ergo I like it just fine if your skinny lol I have extra fluff and don't like the way it cuts off my fat but it's fine if you always wear on front but my toddler is the one who always loves to be in it and he's getting heavier so it's cutting more fat [emoji23][emoji23]. I love the moby for baby they just snuggle in perfect. It takes a min. To practice wrapping but I found a great deal on my moby on eBay. I'm thinking of a Tula or ergo 360 this time. And I've always been an over producer big time. I sold my milk on onlythebreast.com with ds3 (didn't have time with #4) and helped supplement a set of twins in Texas. It would be a much better feeling connecting with someone and giving t away this time.
Ugh I've done so good to keep my excitement of finding gender under wraps and now looking at wraps and talking breastmilk is getting me soooo excited... I can not wait!!

no worries ask away :)

i didnt sway for #5 i didnt know about it, she is 14 months younger than boy #4 and we only bd once as i came down with gastro a few hours later and was very ill for about a week, wrote that month off then.. surprise bfp!! after i had her i looked into swaying and found this site :)

#6 was my first sway which was successful
http://genderdreaming.com/forum/add-your-girl-sway-/54672-4blue2pink-ttc-girl-sway-attempt.html

and ive swayed again for #7 but dont know what im having.
http://genderdreaming.com/forum/add-your-girl-sway-/58934-4blue2pink-ttc-girl-sway-attempt.html

we had a girl for #2 but we lost her mid pregnancy, no sway with her.

our official birth order is:

boy, *girl*, boy, boy, boy, girl, girl, (new baby ?)

but people cant see our first girl so to the outside world we have

boy, boy. boy, boy, girl, girl, (new baby ?)

i hope this makes sense!! xx

im convinced snacking is a huge blue factor so no snacks is good! and it sounds like you had a really strong LE diet going on :) i wouldnt rule yourself out for pink at all!!
was your sway very different from when you got your boys? i always think you can view that as a very positive thing if your lifestyle/diet really was changed by the sway.
i really believe laid back is best for pink :) atomic posted on a thread of mine when i joined the site saying that whatever *mojo* is required for the control freak kitchen sink style pink sways seems to sway strongly blue and basically override everything they are doing to sway!! she can pretty much tell which women will very likely get pink sway opposites based on how cray-cray they get :-/ (not to say there arent opposites in the laid back pink sways its just much more prevalent in the super-super strict ones)

Kat-your appt is going to be great!! Can't wait to hear from you!! Glad you are feeling better with the meds & can somewhat eat again! I know how blah it is to feel like there is nothing you can eat! I was talking to a friend today about how I was concerned that I was always hungry this time! She said that's how she felt with her DD, so we'll see.... never felt this way with my boys! Some foods really don't appeal to me at all, but I keep getting these ideas of random foods that sound good & then I NEED them haha! Today it was raspberry sorbet & noodles with tomato sauce haha.

Just popping in quickly to say hi and I miss you ladies so much ❤❤❤ Wanted to wish you all the best for your scan Kat and will pop back in for an update 😀

I had my nipt blood draw done in Monday and opted to go the full screening. That means unfortunately my sample is sent to the US for testing so wont have the results for a few weeks I imagine. Scan coming up next Tuesday and if all looks well and my ob concurs on Thursday when I see her I'll be able to relax that little bit more while waiting results of nipt.

Sky and Lola I will be in to check on your beautiful ladies scans as well ❤

Yay Pbn - you made my day by updating!! So glad everything is good!!

Lola - That's how I was with my girls. I gained 15 pounds by 15 weeks last time [emoji85] I know, symptoms/cravings don't mean much, but it's still fun!

Dreaming - me too! I am taking the max dose, 4 pills! I just can't eat unless I do and I honestly don't have weight to lose.

Sky - its called diclegis. Definitely ask about it if you want to. It's class A so safest category to take while pregnant. Just know first few days you will be wiped out so I'd start over weekend when DH is around.

2 more hours!!

Sorry it took forever, ultrasound/OB meeting/nurse meeting/blood work [emoji51] Heartbeat was 154 - same as both girls. Estimated due date 2/10! Had trouble getting blood, they took sooo much and had to switch arms so that was fun. They will call soon to make an appt for genetic testing but should be in 4 weeks. It was really uneventful for some reason. Maybe bc baby looks like a blob??

So we went for an overnight last night to visit family a couple hours away and we get home today.... here comes the cat strolling down the hallway! He got inside before we left and we didn't realize it and locked him in the house. I'm smelling this awful smell when I lay on the bed to listen to little bean on my Doppler and realize it's CAT PEE!! Stand up start trying to sniff it out with this nose that works 10 fold now and I can't find it... set back down smell again. The cat peed on my darn bed [emoji35]!! Soaked through the quilt (my favorite one) all sheets and the mattress cover into the mattress!! Dh and I are sleeping on separate couches tonight and will have to mess with buying a new mattress tomorrow all the while ds1 is still vomiting (we're on day 5) and may have to get him to the dr tomorrow. New mattress not what I want to spend my baby cash stash on even though I wanted a bigger one anyway [emoji52].
Lola, sky your appointments are Friday right?
Oh and I forgot to add to my day I got a call from the dr about my p-17 shots and they're going to cost me $100/vile and I'll have to have 4 viles [emoji32] calling to make sure it was covered by insurance and they say uhh ya these shots are 5 per vile and each vile is $4600 [emoji33] for real!!

Ash cat pee is the worst!!!! My ds2's bedroom reeked of it one night I went to put him to bed so he slept in with us instead. Took me awhile to find the source but she'd peed in his lego box and I had unknowingly put the lid back on it lol. Smart bloody cat though!! Guess it was kinda similar to cat litter in a weird way 😂 don't know how she got locked in there but so thankful she didn't go on the carprt or his bed!! I have to ask (and sorry because you would have already explained prior I'm sure) but what is p-17 and what's with the vials??

Countrymomma86 welcome I love that our ddg is growing! A lot of us here seem to be team pink
Pbn I've had more than one (3 actually) spontaneous birth before 36 weeks so the shots are progesterone that I will get weekly between weeks 16 and 36. The dr orders them from a pharmacy and I go to the office every week for them to administer the shot. Apparently I'll have to have 4 bottles of the stuff and there are 5 shots in each bottle and out of pocket I have to pay $100 each bottle. I know it's best because if I'd have labor before 36 again without taking them I'd be extra hard on myself but if I take them and still have labor I feel like at least I tried my best to prevent. Just frustrating these are so expensive and they're is nothing you can do about it since you need them!

Ash - that is horrible. In our interim place between houses our cats kept peeing in the kids room on the carpet. UGH. I HATED it. If they try it at the new house, they will be looking for a new home!!
Peeing on your bed is definitely a sign he was mad at you for something. It could be being kicked out or just the new baby. Sorry you have to get a new mattress. It can be cleaned out, but if you needed a new one anyway, then go for it.

Country - welcome!

AFM - I am starting to come to terms with another boy. I am 100% sure. I looked at DS4s u/s yesterday from the same place, and what I saw was exactly the same as his potty shot.
