Firstly, before starting the LE diet I had NO weight to loose
I am breastfeeding
First week I went abit mad and did loose a pound or two (milk supply dropped)
But then I increased the limits and I thought I hadn't been loosing anymore (milk supply fine again)
Well I think I must have lost because the amount of comments I'm getting, even from people I barely know 'why have you lost weight' 'are you ok' 'you're so skinny'
So I'm not sure what to do? I can't really up my limits anymore as I will obviously put some weight back on
I've been doing the diet for nearly 6 weeks so I'm just not sure what to do
I have just had my first period since a miscarriage 6 weeks ago
So does that mean I'm deffo ovulating? (Stupid question)

So do I just try and maintain my weight now for another 5/6 weeks and start trying and hope I fall pregnant fast?
Or do I put on some weight ? And maintain the higher weight? Surely that sways boy?
And it would take ALOT of fat and calories to put weight on, i used to eat roughly 2000 calories and that just about maintained it before!

Sorry for the long post x

Just maintain the weight you're at. Don't deliberately regain weight (but don't panic if a lb or two sneaks back on again, that is ok) don't regain weight thinking to relose it either, just stay where you are (and I have an explanation as to why that is if you want to hear it, just don't want to drown you with details)

Re the comments, say "I know, isn't it awful? I ate something that disagreed with me and it's still working itself out." Trust me they will stop asking questions immediately LOL

If you had a period, you ovulated. Now, this doesn't mean you will continue to do so so PLEASE be quite sure you're eating enough calories and fat to ensure that happens. I'd have you eating 1 serv. full fat dairy a day and 4-6 eggs a week to be sure you have the raw materials to keep you Oing, and drop fiber, you don't need it at your weight and nursing.

Whether or not to start trying depends on how strict a sway you plan on doing. Some people really realy want to give it a try with jellies and antihistamines and timing and frequency patterns, all of which cut odds of conception, so if you plan on doing that stuff, then start trying right away. If you're not, if you're only doing one attempt + diet, then if you can stand to hold off at least till 8 week mark I'd do that.
