Is dried banana ok?

Ingredients.
Banana, coconut oil, honey, sugar, flavour.

I think so but just don't go eating tonns of it because of the sugar. Fresh is better :)

Try some other dried fruits, like figs and raisins but without any sugar added!

Yes, they're fine. Don't worry too much about the sugar so long as you're eating protein with them. Protein + carbs = boys.

Even if you don't like raisins, give dates a go because they are dang tasty!

I have them chopped up finely in my oats, only a few dates each morning :) They have a nice fleshy/ texture with the oats and have a sweetish taste :)

They're kinda fudgy in texture. Almost chocolatey/maple-flavored - sometimes when I'm craving choc I eat a date or two and it really satisfies the craving.

The "Medjool" dates (the big, juicy-looking ones as opposed to the little dried-out ones) are the ones you want.

My hubby ate a lot of dried bananas and mangos... I ate some to but not all the time like he did. I ate more fresh fruits because the vita/mineral levels are higher and better absorbed.
