When it comes to swaying girl I need to some clarification please.

When it comes to FR for 7 to 10, how soon can you start TTC? Does he need a day of rest?
FR or abstinence, which has better success??
2 cups of coffee a day, is that ok? No tea right??
Any supplements recommended? For me or DH.
1 BD, but when in my cycle??
Diet, 1500-1700 calories a day, correct?

I'm trying to get this all down before I start. I've implemented the diet slightly. I plan to TTC in 3-6mths.

I did :) There is much info and I worried about messing it up. I had 4 boys in a row and want a daughter to balance or family.

This is really a forum for technical questions but I'll go ahead and answer. Look for the Gender Swaying forums to post in though since many people will not see the questions in here.

Do not give him a day off with the FR. That's the whole point is that he doesn't have a day off! Just have your attempt at the end of those days.

We don't know since two different groups of people do FR and abstain. Both of them have been disappointing, lower than the overall success rates of the site, so neither one probably even does much to help.

I can't tell people what supplements to take, without a custom sway plan. I don't have enough information to advise you.

If you want to do timing, then have a 2-3 day cutoff, no more. If you don't care about timing, most of us have one attempt at positive OPK or day before O.

Most people do 1500-1800 cals
