Hi ladies... just to share.. not too sure if u can find... but the konnyaku noodles are very low in calories... usually found in the Japanese supermarket.. :) not too sure if they are pink safe though...

By the way, I don't recall reading - mushrooms... need to count portein or carbs? Or are they free like vege?

Yes we were very into those for a little while there. People were eating them quite a bit but we've sort of fallen out of the habit, I think mainly because people were filling up on them and then didn't have enough room for any healthy food the rest of the time (we do want to keep eating enough food and nutrients to get and stay pregnant!)

Mushrooms are totally free, count nothing in them, have as much as you want. You do need to count any sauces/oils you cook them in!

Oh... thank you for the reminder! Low nutrients not no nutrients... still learning to strike a balance! :)
