Hi there,
I'm a mom of 3 boys and desperately want a little girl! My husbands family has 3 generations of all boys, there hasn't been a girl born in 96 years! I am new to all of this, does swaying really work? I am willing to try anything!

Yes, swaying can work, but it is not a guarantee. Sometimes there are opposites and you have to be ready for that.
The only guarantee is if you were to go High Tech (HT) and use IVF with PGD testing to confirm that you are putting back your desired gender.

I agree with Shann. Swaying can and does work but not always. It is a roll of the dice so you have to be okay with getting a boy if it doesn't go your way. If I'm not mistaken, 20-30% of our pink swayers get boys. Now that's still way better than the odds without swaying but it is not a guarantee. If you're not okay with that then HT is a good option but that comes with its own risks. Best of luck with whatever you decide. :)

Look in the TTC a Girl section for info on swaying. Also if you look in Atomic's signature, there's the link to the whole index on swaying. I recommend a custom sway plan.

Hi and welcome!
I have a thread about our success rates vs. just sheer luck here. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/59132-coin-flips-random-thoughts.html
Everyone can make both boys and girls.

^^^But yes if you need a guarantee, HT is the only way to go. Even under ideal circumstances we get 70% or so with swaying and that's an average - so plenty of opposites.
