Hello everyone.

I am New on this forum. I am from dubai (wondering if there is anyone else here from dubai, UAE too) I have secretly stalking this forum and specially post and thread from Atomic, could not sleep whole night due to excitement and finally registered myself :)

I have 2 beautiful daughters and I want to sway for boy now.

I have been on somewhat alkaline diet (followed ingender cookbook for boy) for 10 days. I would like to know which personliazed plan is better for me. I want a ds with all my heart and I am ready to follow plan religiously. We are planning to Drs next month

I have also seen Doctor 2 weeks ago Regarding this too and this is what she asked me to do for 2 months:
- avoid dairy completely
- avoid chicken and all other birds
- no Eggs at all
- No Green vegs
- No sodas or bubbly drinks
- red meat only once a week
- shark (yes Shark! Yikes!) Twice a week (she said in arabs, shark is known as Father of son so if anyone wants to sway for blue should eat Shark!)
- peach , watermelon, apples, lots of banana and all berries
- dry apricots, figs, pumpkin seeds, nuts
- fresh juices, legumes, seeds, pumpkin, cauliflower, bell peppers
- eat anything high in potassium and sodium
- do not eat things that are high in magnesium n calcium
- chia seeds 2 to 3 times a day

Thought to share these with you.

Love & blessings
Samish

Hi and welcome, it's always good to see new blue swayers (we are very outnumbered).

A one on one plan would be great. Particularly as it seems many of the suggestions you've already been given seem to run contrary to the HE diet followed by many blue swayers on this site.

Atomic does recommend a multivitamin for blue swayers. I'm sure elevit is fine.

Thank you

Once I will proceed with plan, i will be able to access HE diet too yeah? Just super confused :( We need to try next month and I still don't know what should I do. I feel my body is more towards pink sway and I really really wish for boy this time (by God's will)

The HE diet sounds quite different to the other advice you've been given. It's based on increasing fertility (which is thought to sway blue) by increasing calorie intake and eating high nutrient foods. Things included by most blue swayers here are things like:
- high protein (lots from red meet but also eggs, cheese, dairy, chicken etc)
- lots of colourful fruits and vegetables
- full fat dairy (yoghurt, cheese and milk)
- limit coffee (probably swap to tea)
- nuts
- whole grain breads
- limit alcohol
- eat frequently (protein and carbs at eat meal)
- weight training
- 3 BD at +opk
- multivitamin and probiotic
Most try to follow the diet for 6-8 weeks prior to ttc. Most women will hold steady/gain a little weight on diet.

I'm not a paid up member at this point (I will closer to ttc) so not sure when the membership allows you to see.

Atomic Please help :)

Please give me a few days to a week before bumping. When you bump your post, all it does is go back to my "new" posts. And since I reply from oldest posts to newest, that means it takes me even longer to get back to you.

I answer all the posts in the custom sway forum daily, so since you have a custom plan please just post in that forum and I answer those every day. Free forums will take me up to a week to get back to you (usually faster)

I already replied to this in PM form, but as I told the poster already NO NO NO to the shark as it is high in mercury and may be harmful for any woman in childbearing age to eat. No one planning a pregnancy should ever eat shark at all, certainly not 2x a week.

Animal studies have found that a high intake of vegetable fats like those in nuts and seeds (including chia seeds) sways pink. If you are eating lots of animal fats that's fine, because the animal fat counteracts them, but I cannot sign off on anyone who is not eating full fat dairy and not eating eggs and red meat, or chicken even, to be eating all those seeds. I ahve also seen a lot of opposites in gals who were eating a lot of chia seeds.

You guys don't need to buy the plan to get the HE Diet!! It is here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-boy/16806-high-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html

And the HE Diet FAQ is here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-boy/27056-he-diet-faq.html

Yes I researched a lot about it and found out shark is super risky. I am happy I asked you about it.

I have already started eating a lot of red meat already. Back on Full fat milk with cereals.

Anxiously waiting for custom plan ❤ I hope I am not too late to ttc next month? Thinking of my little man all the time these days.

Oh sorry! Still learning!

Ok so I will post in custom sway forum next time.

We discussed in PM that you can do my plan earlier that's why I asked. Otherwise I totally understand that you are very busy and replying to all the post while making plan is not at all easy.

When I click on the link you have mentioned there, it says:
I don't have permission to view that page

Do I need to buy dream membership as well? As I thought it is included in complete package

Your plan is done and was sent to be posted by tech support in your custom forum, it should be up at any time now.

Neither of those is in the Dream Members section and both are free for everyone. Try logging out and logging back in again and then let me know if you can't access it, that is some sort of technical problem that I have never heard of before!!

Oh and no need to apologize, I just want you guys to get your answers as soon as I can and sometimes bumping makes that take longer. :)
