Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
No snacking, and vegetarian were huge changes for me
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
3 months before
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?

DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
2-3 coffees a day, kept to 50-60g fat and protein and 1900ish calories a day (increased as I was losing weight and have no weight to lose)

I lost 3 kg while on diet. No exercise.

We were trying to do abstain but DH had a night release on day 5, so then he released twice (outside of me) a day leading up to attempt day and on attempt day he released 3 hours before (outside of me) before attempt.

I feel like I did the diet really well and am happy we only attempted once that month as this is very different to our other conceptions
