Just after abit of advice really...
Miscarriage in may.. (before swaying)
Started swaying a week or two after
Fairly relaxed sway, LE diet coffee and alcohol, no snacking
I've lost quite abit of weight, am breastfeeding and have absolutely NO weight to loose
(Already getting daily comments about how frail I look :0
Have been on the diet for nearly 8 weeks
But our circumstances have slightly changed and we are in the process of selling and moving house...
I really don't want to get pregnant whilst we are doing this (weren't planning to move when started diet)
So my question is... do I stop diet, put the weight I've lost back on and start again in two or so months time
Or do I slightly up the limits (am on higher limits for breastfeeding anyway) to maintain this weight (I can deal with looking awful for a while I guess) then once we move go strict for a few weeks before trying
Or.... not sure if there is a better option?

Sorry for the long post just not sure what's. The best way

Hi! Congrats on the house stuff, that's exciting! I don't really have any advice for your diet because I'm not sure what's best. Are you keeping your BMI above the low limit? Do you look frail because you lost all your muscle?

Hey! Thanks we are so excited! Abit stressed but mainly excited!
I'm not sure, I have lost weight which isn't ideal as I was so slim to begin with
I look gaunt in the face and a woman at my Pilates class asked 'have you lost weight' must be noticeable for a near enough stranger to ask
Also my sister made a comment about me looking frail and my father in law keeps trying to cook meals to 'feed me up'
I feel skinnier and bony and I hate it but don't wanna actively put on weight as that sways blue
I'm still ovulating, but my cycle seems shorter.. not sure if it's related or not!
Ahh decisions decisions

Honestly, in your situation, I would up cals to keep your weight level and stay at that maybe reducing fat and protein to the LE diet after, but just play that by ear and how you feel once you stabilize the weight loss.

Just stay vegetarian, eat whatever you want. I'd not deliberately gain weight back but if some comes back it's ok.

Thanks for responding!
Once I pick the diet up again, should I only start ttc after 12 weeks? X

Use your judgement on that. I think you will have a much better feel than I, about how your eating was going during that time. Please keep in mind that we have many people who don't even do LE Diet and just go vegetarian, who still get great results for pink so it very, very, very likely will be that no, you don't need to do LE Diet for 12 weeks (or even any weeks!) But let your judgement be your guide.
