I took a clear blue and definitely saw a faint line on that one, but not too excited because I've heard they're notorious for false positives, but that's the only test I had left. Also, I took one of those last cycle that I thought could have been positive (everyone on here said it was) and it turns out it wasn't. :( But this one was a little clearer than last month's.. I don't know but I'm cramping today, at it feels like af. I think ff has my af date wrong and it is actually due tomorrow..

Oh and that's not a temp drop to be worried about AT ALL!! You are waaaaay above coverline and even this small drop is in a new level of temps (think triphasic 😉) a couple more temps and it will be super obvious! Cannot wait for your next test!!!

I can go get some more after his mom picks him up, but the best they sell around here are the curved first response, which I don't really want to mess with again today.. I just really don't think this is it and I fell like even if it is, it won't show and I'll be no closer to knowing..

Ttcblue get some when you can and use with fmu. By 10dpo (and because you're showing a line on a blue dye test) even the curved frers will show a line. Alternatively buy yourself a digi and test with it at 11dpo?

No I don't think so? There'd be first response and clearblue to choose from I imagine? I like the clearblue because it says the word 'pregnant' rather than just 'yes' but that's purely a word preference 😂

Well I agree, I would rather see "pregnant" than just a yes too lol. Guess my digital will be CB.. So it will definitely be accurate at 12dpo, even if it's negative? Idk what the sensitivity is.

Ttc- I'm 9 dpo too! I haven't tested yet because I really don't want to see another bfn. We've been trying for so long with no luck and I really don't feel like this is my month either :/ it doesn't help that my boys lost my thermometer so I haven't been able to temp in days!
I do see your lines though! I think you'll get a bold BFP in the next couple of days!

If you have a good line on your frer your digi should register as positive, especially by 12dpo. If you're concerned though, use your 2pk frer over the next two mornings and the digi on the third.

Max-continuing chat from the last thread-I really believe you're 11dpo & your tests would be spot on! The fact that it has darkened is really promising & the bw tomorr will really give you good info! Perfectly natural to be guarded with the rollercoaster you've been on, but I'm thinking positive thoughts for you & praying this IS your sticky bean!!!
Ttc-totally agree with what pbn said! Your temps are still in the 2nd set of higher levels!! I see those lines, they look typical for this early so I can't wait to see a frer. My cb digi said "Pregnant" on the evening of 10dpo. See what your frer looks like, then go for the digi! Yay yay yay!

Mtolbert you'd need to have a few cycles charting to measure approx lp and I've just remembered this wasnyour first cycle temping. No matter as I can feel bfps in the air and everyone's going to get one!!! I actually vividly remember posting a prediction about 4 ladies from last cycle (maxim, LMSM, ttcblue and mommy2apples I think it was?) getting bfps this cycle and so far it's been spot on with LMSM and Maxim and its just a matter of confirmation now for ttcblue [emoji3]. Going to see if I can find the post again [emoji23][emoji23]

Fr and pbn and xx are best at answering when to test for sure! Me I'll be waiting until the 3rd of aug to test. Day before af that way hopefully I'm not disappointed! Although I really do feel good about this month.

mtolbert1 - Wondfos are great for testing early because they are cheep, but do not show progression well at all. And don't always show early lines. FRERs are the best for that, I have been told. I have always used ICs and Walmart ones. I am cheep like that. ;) The best time to test is 10dpo or later, but you can get squinters at 9dpo. SInce you really do not want to see a BFN, I would wait until 11dpo if you can. You should get a good answer at that time. Praying that you will see a BFP in a few days!!!

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, I feel asleep with my girls at nap time lol. This is actually only my 2nd cycle ttc. Mtolbert at 9dpo there's only a small chance of seeing even a squinter. Are you sure you want to do this? If so hold for maybe 1.5 - 2 hours? I don't think you should test if a bfn will convince you you're out as its far too early for that [emoji173]

This is at the 10 mm .. These tests are really bothering me. Normally I am fine with them but I also never realized that you aren't supposed to read them after 5 mins and they always have weird defects in the window. This one had a blue spot I tried to get off and it turned out to be imbedded in the test strip so it took a chunk out when I tried to get it out. I will try to get an frer for tomorrow AM.

I'm sorry to post yet again, but now I'm really freaking out. Earlier I didn't even mention I took a dollar store test because I immediately felt silly for doing it (don't they have a sensitivity of 50) but I was just desperate.. DH just used the bathroom and saw the tests in the trash and looked through them. He came to me with the dollar test and asked if I'm pregnant and this is what it looks like after it dried.

I just realized that I should have tested before DH arrives home tonight....I had a ~2.5 hour hold but drank liquids between and the test is as dark as this mornings, so I'm keeping everything crossed that means that tomorrow am will be darker. I'm planning to tell DH in the morning if the test is darker and temp hasn't gone down. I'm super cautiously optimistic and excited....

Netti I think your pm tests might pick up your surge. My dip tests when I used them were the same. Barely there lines anytime before 1pm and nice progressing lines when tests done between 1-3pm. That's what I meant about I'll think you'll be surprised by this arvys test :) Well I hope so anyway!

I'm also feeling really guilty as when I started to bleed on Saturday and had all those negative tests I went out with some girlfriends ( very rare I go out!) and had lots of wine. Mummy2boys please don't worry about how long it took! That line looks a few days old, you would've had a squinter maybe 3 days ago? Which at 12dpo is completely normal. It takes 2-3 days after implantation to show a line so that puts you well within the normal range of implantation of 6-10 days and even 11 and 12 days isn't considered out of the ordinary! I'd say your bean implanted maybe 10/11dpo. Congratulations again[emoji322][emoji322][emoji322]!!!! What a crazy 24 hours its been [emoji3][emoji3]

Max I'd stop temping. All it does it cause worry. That is a beautiful line on your frer and your digi is positive too! Throw the wonfos out (or stop using them) and try to stop testing now. You have your bfp! You're getting blood work done today right? (betas) Why not ask fo a repeat request to ensure you numbers are doubling over 48 hours? That's the only accurate way to check a pregnancy is progressing normally at this stage, hpts simply cant tell you that xxoo

Yes it usually changes within a few days. Its still fertile CM atm. Cycles have been mostly 30-33 days. I tend to have average 12 day lp.

I noticed i had x2 really short cycles 25 and 26 days. I also had x1 cycle of 35 days. So its abit random atm. Hence why im using the cheapies as it could become expensive.

Ive noticed my cycles have been all over the place since ds5 was born not sure why. Follow up blood tests were good.

I told DH. I left the tests by the sink for him so he saw when he got home from his workout. He picked me up and gave me a big kiss. It was a really sweet moment. The reason it has lowered ever so slightly, is because this normally happens when the blastocyst is implanting in the uterus. Once it has settled in and starts producing hormones, it will go up. It will dip every now and then until the placenta starts chugging out hormones. As far as the ICs go, I honestly think you may have a faulty batch. I didn't get a decent line until 16dpo. I'll attach my BFP chart for you to see in a moment ...

Oh please don't worry about this, you didn't know so there's nothing you could have done differently. I did the same thing with dd2. I had a lot of wine on Christmas day, and the next day I realized my period was due on Christmas and did not come. Sure enough, baby was brewing. I freaked out and told my OB I had been drinking and what she told me is that at that stage the bean is so small, basically just a ball of cells. She said it's not the same as if I had been drinking 9 months pregnant, it just doesn't affect the baby like that yet. I guess its Gods way of Looking out for the little ones :heart:

Don't worry about your line, everyone's is different, your line is beautiful. Congratulations, mummy!!!!!

Max: How can you be worried with that beautiful "yes"!?? Still so very happy for you! I love how you told dh. I would have liked to have done something special to tell my dh, but it turns out he told me. I can't believe he pulled my tests out of the trash and the cheap dollar test had the best line (he didn't even see the squinters on the other tests).

Also I realize how Tribble this sounds (while I'm telling mummy and max not to worry) but my FRER didn't look to have a line at all this morning until it dried, and now it resembles last night's. You can't get a false positive on these tests after it dries can you? Like if it takes 30 min to turn positive, I'm still pregnant, right? Im just scared because I've never tested this early. I'm afraid the line is evap or something because it takes so long to show up and is still so light. I had a dress last night that I wok up to af and it took me a minute this morning to realize it's not true..

Well the cheapie $1 test turned positive over a few hours and when dh came home he looked though the tests that were in the trash and comes to me and says "I saw your positive pregnancy test" and I thought he was just being mean because he was happy that they were negative (I know he wouldn't look for "squinters" he doesn't know there is such a thing) so i told him "well obviously you aren't intelligent enough to read pregnancy tests" and he looked at me like he was super confused and offended :rofl: When he showed me the very clear line I went and got more tests. :)

Mommy, I had regular coffee the entire time I was pregnant with both my girls and they were and always have been perfectly healthy. I mean like nearly a pot a day. I never knew until after dd2 that caffeine was "bad" nobody ever told me. This time I will stick to decaf and try to limit myself to 2 cups a day, but I don't think it would hurt anything for you to drink coffee.

I felt terrible when I realized he was serious. I tired to explain I thought he was messing with me and he was just like "really, you think I would be that mean to you??" So i guess he understands how much I wanted this and what it means to me.

I didn't hear about swaying until back in November! We only lightly swayed this month. This was my second month on femara which I have heard sways as well! I have 2 boys ages 3 & 2 and we really want a girl! But, we have been trying for nearly a year so at this point we will be over the moon happy no matter the gender!

Naci, I think that's probably just hormones (or anxiety), I feel the same a lot of the time; like I'm annoying everyone. So you're not alone on that one lol! I'm so happy your pregnancy is going well, I hope this is your girl! I didn't know about swaying until the beginning of February, and I read, read, read non-stop for a few months before making an account. I was lightly swaying (no coffee, soda, sweets) since February and then kicked it into high gear the end of April. It's amazing how all the girl sway tips sum up my lifestyle to a T! Not one thing that I've read that sways boy that I did previously. I have faith in this site and atomic's research and I can't wait to find out what youre having!!

I knew I wanted to try something, but of course I mostly found info about shettles method etc before discovering this site. I wasn't on the right path until I came across the amazing ladies who helped me here!!!! I also have faith in Atomic's extensive research & believe it can work! I found out about swaying right before I got a positive test last year with my angel baby. So the end of April. I had told my husband if we didn't conceive that cycle we were going to put it on hold for three months. Well things went south and here we are a year later kicking swaying into gear!!

Lola, Thank you! I've come to realize that the majority of emotions I feel are not validated. I can't help that I always feel that way, it's been my whole life. I have learned that I can't trust those feelings or I'll go through life completely alone. Just like with dh saying he saw my positive test, I immediately thought he was being mean to me. It's hard a lot of the time just wondering if people really like you or if they just tolerate you, but the reassurance helps a lot.
I'm actually not in your due date group so I was waiting for the next to start. I missed it by 2 days lol. My due date will be April 2nd. I must have miss counted somehow before because I thought it was the 1st. Either way, April Fools Day is totally possible and I think that would be pretty cool. :)

I bet you get pregnant very soon :) FX so hard you get your baby girl!

TtcBlue18 - I’m not sure if it’s hormones, but I think people build friendships while swaying, and it’s natural to form bonds with certain people going through so much on their particular journeys.. The month I conceived I don’t remember anyone else who also conceived from June. I see people listed for June in the due date buddy group, but I don’t remember anyone in this group to spark a convo and chat about our pregnancies. I’m super excited about the group of ladies with BFP coming out of July because many of you will be close in due dates :) I think you seeing the difference from your girl friendly lifestyle will work in your favor. Any change towards a boy friendly life style will only help your sway :) I pray this is your baby boy!

I'm very grateful we get to live Hawaii for the time being. We use to live in Georgia from 2009-2012. We lived in Norcross, Conyers, and last Flowery Branch (Home of the Falcons). I remember the Georgia heat all to well. We tend to move every 3 years. I actually love moving around, but getting the itch to feel grounded.

We did e3d (or tried to, DH wants to BD more frequently than the plan) I tested this morning at 10 dpo with FR and Wondfo and both were BFN :/

Hi everyone! I'm sorry that I'm late to the party but I have been following along on this thread for a little bit while I waited until we TTC. I'm sending all of my positive thoughts to all of you who just got BFPs or are testing!
I think I may have gotten a BFP today (I am estimating that I'm 9 dpo - I don't track my temp or use OPKs, but have just relied on fertility friend's calendar). It was in the evening and very faint, so I'm going to test again first thing in the morning. I thought I would join you all now (if you'll have me!) because I'm going crazy not being able to talk about it with anyone! Thank you both so much for the welcome! I really appreciate it! I took a picture of my test and it looks greyish in the photo, but pink in person. I am wondering if it could be an evap or indent! I will try to post the pictures below! This is the same test.
I was originally swaying girl, but my husband and I had a change of heart this month and only did a "light" sway - not really much of one at all. Poor atomic has had to listen to me go back and forth about it!
I will need to go back through the recent posts to get caught up with you all!

Thanks so much, pbn! I needed some reassurance after my husband made me second guess it! I had a cute way to tell him all planned out but once I saw the test I just immediately yelled for him and asked if he saw a line. He said no at first and when I asked him to look closer for a light line he said he could see it but "he didn't think light lines counted". Totally rolling my eyes over here. :) He's so grounded and logical though and I'm the complete opposite!

Ittybitty626 Thank you! I never thought I'd have 4 kiddos, but it never ever felt complete. I think this will be our last. My husband says it's our last. I'm feeling pretty normal. I have no appetite, and exhausted most days. With my boys I had really bad morning sickness so I'll take this any day. We all probably envision telling our dh in a special way and in all the excitement it's out the window. I just put the positive test on the night stand for him to find it. We figured for weeks I was because I was pretty off from my normal self. FX really hard you get your healthy baby!

I'm glad you're feeling normal for the most part! I had horrible morning sickness with my daughter as well and lost a lot of weight because of it (couldn't keep much down) in the beginning. Thank goodness she is ok but I really hope to control that better if I get to that point this time. Thanks so much for the good thoughts!
Making the decision about "the last one" is something that worries me. I bet it's so hard to make that final decision! The excitement of pregnancy and a new baby is the best - but so are all of the rest of the chapters after that. :)

ittybitty626 - I was the same way with morning sickness in my previous pregnancies. I lost so much weight at the very beginning. Last pregnancy I thought I wouldn't get morning sickness, and out the blue one day it hit me like a ton of bricks. I'm scared thinking that it could happen again.. I hope you don't have to deal with it this time around because it's so awful and I know you know that. I feel you'll know when your done having kids. I felt there was something missing still even though I thought my 3rd would be my last. I want to say I think we will be ready for the next chapter after this one. I want to enjoy this pregnancy, and baby phase because these are the memories we'll hope to remember most of all.. I'm so excited for this baby :)

Ugh, so sorry about the morning sickness! I am crossing my fingers that it skips you this time as well!! Did you ever take medication for it? My doctor was going to prescribe something for me if it hadn't cleared up by my next appointment and it magically went away after that, thank goodness! I was well into the second trimester but don't remember exactly what week.
I think you're right about that feeling. I am so excited for you, too! As much as I thought I soaked it up with my daughter's baby-hood, I'm going to do it even more if this one turns out to be sticky because having older children really does make you realize how fast they grow! I bet your boys will be excellent big brothers! Such an exciting time!

Pbn: just wet cm like every month. I had normal af this month for four days and the spotted until yesterday. It was annoying. It's nothing new for me. I conceived with spotting with my third pregnancy. So I know it's not impossible to ovulate during spotting. I love your posts. You always make me Feel so reassured. I know I did O yesterday I had a nagging that I should've attempted lastnight. My nerves were on edge as well. That's a tell tale sign for me. Down below you can read my vent! Hah
It is what it is and I think I'm happy with my attempts this month. Will continue with the e4d and do at least tomorrow's opk depending on what my temperature looks like.

With my big jump in temp today. I think I should've been testing twice a day with my clear blue advance digitals! [emoji17] ugh probably not my cycle again. My body is ridiculously dumb. So unfair. I feel defeated this month. I thought about having an attempt last night regardless and talked myself right out of it. Had been busy the last couple of days so skipped the wondfos. Now I'm kicking myself. So if this cycle is a bust I have no one to blame but myself. Please ladies just keep your fingers crossed that this month isn't a bust! Was so hopeful until today. [emoji17]I did get an attempt in this morning, but doubt it means anything. Lol oh well suck it buttercup! It is what it is.

Mummy, that's not necessarily a bad sign. I've heard the digis usually take longer to register. I was mind blown when mine showed up at 10dpo. And I took it because (same as you) my FRER tests were coming back lighter with fmu than what they were the night before at 9dpo. The test you got ahold of could have very well had slightly lower sensitivity. I second everything mommy said! You have not had af and I don't think there's anything to worry about unless you do. The brown blood nearly everyone has in the beginning. Try not to stress, it's not good for baby. I will pray for you and beanie! :heart:

Ittbitty, welcome and congrats! How old are your kids?

Mommy, your attempts look good, and I see one again this am!! Fingers crossed!! I will say that I started out using the purple dual digi and I somehow missed one cycle because I never got a positive. I switched to the pink one and tested twice a day when my IC started to darken and for me it's worked better than the IC's. For some reason my body just doesn't work with the IC's well.

Mummy, so sorry! Is your temp still high?

I went to bed at 9am last night and just woke up at 8:20! That literally never happens, I'm a 5am riser, so crazy! I did test and it looks darker, but not crazy darker. I've stopped temping so no clue what's going on there, but just going to try to enjoy the next few days until I hear back on bw. Also have gotten ewcm (sorry tmi) last 2 days, what is that about?!

Thanks ladies. Will go to the doctor on Monday but not holding out much hope. Still having quite a bit of brown blood and got cramps. My temp went up this morning max, it's so confusing! It's been such a strange month. Loads of false positives earlier on and now I think it must be a chemical. I keep thinking it mustn't have stuck because of going out and drinking wine when I thought AF was here [emoji17]DH has basically said he won't be up for trying again, I could barely persuade him this time so am feeling pretty down.
Anyway, Max your tests look great!! So pleased for you. Glad you can try and relax whilst waiting to hear.
