Did you purchase and follow a GD Personalized Plan?
No
DIET
Did you follow a diet plan?
Yes
If yes to diet, which one did you most follow? LE(Low Everything)

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I greatly reduced the amount of snacking I used to do. Some days I would only have 2 meals a day because I started getting used to the lower amount of calorie intake. I also felt changes in my energy levels and mood, which I believe was due to my diet. I used to have a very boy-friendly diet and ate whenever I wanted. However, I got used to feeling somewhat hungry and never getting entirely full from my meals. I did get more relaxed at the end of my diet, but I believe my overall eating habits changed even without me trying.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
11 weeks, started off tracking every last bite at first and did well staying within limits, minus some off days, but towards the end of the 11 weeks I just got used to knowing my limits and stopped tracking.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
DH didn't change any of his diet, but for his own health was trying to eat better. He also was affected by me not cooking as much red meat as well.
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I eliminated highly-nutritious foods like eggs, juice, fruit, milk, cereal, nutrition bars, and wheat bread. I tried eating empty calories like white bread, crackers, pasta, very small portions of meat, low-fat flavored yogurt, bagels with butter, etc. I also stopped cooking with garlic.

I wasn't tracking my weight but I've always had a healthy BMI
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I did not exercise, besides daily chores and being on my feet pretty much all day.

How many BD attempts did you make for the BFP cycle?
1 or 2: We were doing (unintentionally) 1 attempt every 3-5 days. On my fertile week we did 2 attempts spaced 5 days apart, but based off of my EDD and factoring in that I may have ovulated late, it was probably only 1 attempt.
BD Dates according to Ovulation No idea

Any additional comments?
With my boys we had attempts almost daily, so this was a change for us.

Any additional supplement info?
I started taking Emergen-C a couple days after my attempt because I was traveling.
DH takes mulit-vitamins whenever he remembers
Did you do anything with Ions?
Yes, I usually have an oil diffuser going, along with my rock salt lamp that I sometimes sit next to.
Moon Phase during conception?
Last Quarter
Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
No, although everyone tells us we need to be more "romantic" for a girl, I think we both tried this time ;)
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I actually dieted! Regardless if I stayed LE throughout the 11 weeks, it was a big change in my eating habits. I didn't take vitamins as I usually do when I'm TTC. Also, I usually get PG on first attempt, even when we weren't actively trying, and this is the first time I actually had attempts in my fertile week without getting pregnant, for 2 months!
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I didn't track my weight and I didn't exercise. I had been exercising before TTC but I stopped about 5 months prior to beginning my diet, which also makes me nervous if I gained weight.
Things worth mentioning:
I had a pre-conception checkup where I had blood work done and everything came back normal. All my iron and vitamin levels were good, as well as my hormones, so not sure if my diet really affected by overall health.
