Can anyone tell me what the normal limits are in LE diet? I read several times that the limit for calories is 1500 - 1800, but I couldn't find a recommendation for protein and fat... I appreciate you help :-)

Most people will do 1500-1800 cals, 40-50 g protein, 30-60 g fat.

People with PCOS will eat the same cals, but boost pro and fat up to 50-60 g each.

People who are super tall and/or exercising a lot and/or who are breastfeeding will boost cals up to 1800-2000 or even beyond that and 50-60 g protein and fat.

Very, very few people (those who are super petite and already only eat 1500-1800 cals) or who have more than 50 lbs to lose or really, truly cannot lose any weight at all even at 1500 cals, can drop t 1200-1500 but have to take care to still be getting that level of protein and fat intake! :)
