Sorry if this is a obvious question but I've looked through lots of threads and can't find a rough answer.

My pcos isn't severe enough to be prescribed clomid etc so I'm feeling abit low about my chances. Has the success rate been good with just life style change + (attempts etc) for people with pcos or is it just mostly when mixed with clomid/met?

You can combat mild pcos with diet and supplements.

Sugar is not your friend. Carbs are not your friend. There is some great info in there that can help with pcos

They're good, if not GREAT. We have had outstanding results with our PCOS swayers.

Here's a good thread to help you get started - a couple alternate diets that will be better for you. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html
