Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Very, very different from when I concieved my girls. I stopped drinking coffee and soda and gave up all sweets (except dark chocolate). I never skipped breakfast and monitored nutrition through my fitness pal.

10 weeks total before bfp.

Comments regarding DH's diet-
He didn't change his diet much (had hard boiled eggs and orange juice often), but he's always eaten a lot of meat and other boy friendly foods.

I snacked often and always felt full. Always had a snack before bed and sometimes when I'd wake up at night.

Dh and I both started supplements 3 months prior to bfp.

Bmi approximately 25.. I gained about 10 lbs while swaying.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I feel that I did everything I could have possibly done, and I'm 100% satisfied with my sway. It was such a big change for me.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Dh is a smoker and drinks a couple nights a week.
Things worth mentioning:
Dh also made a few other boy friendly changes in comparison to when we concieved our girls.

Thank you all so so much!! Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, I'm having difficulty logging in on my phone the last couple weeks.

MiaMelb, No way am I going team Green, in fact, I'm going to The Ultrasound Zone which is a facility that can tell me the gender of my baby 5 weeks sooner than my OBGYN. So, I will hopefully find out on October 9th.

Today I had my first ultrasound and my little bean is measuring 8 and a half weeks (I thought I had just hit 8, so he/she must have implanted a little early). I got to hear the heartbeat too. All of my pregnancy symptoms have completely vanished. Which concerned me a LOT, but seeing and hearing that little baby has eased my worries and now I'm just so thankful for such an easy pregnancy. **Knocking on wood!**

I'm not sure where to post ultrasound pictures, so I thought here might be a good place where they will be likely be seen. My first ultrasound was August 22. Baby's heartbeat is 169 and the ultrasound shows a due date of March 31st. LMP shows a due date of April 2nd. I do tend to lean towards March 31st since LMP is based off of a standard 28 day cycle, and mine was 25 at the time of conception. Plus with a BFP at 9dpo, I feel like I must have had an early implanter. :) But anyhow, here is my precious baby bean at 8-8.5 weeks. Now currently 11.5 weeks!

Edit: Oh, and I almost forgot! My ultrasound to determine gender is scheduled on my Birthday, October 5th. Just a few more weeks!!!!

The first month of ttc dh would always pull out, but gave me 2 attempts after positive opk (where he didn't pull out). But it was really stupid and that was the agreement we had because he didn't want another baby.
The second month ttc we bd every few days and he never pulled out. Then we got an additional 3 attempts in after positive opk, before returning to every few days. That's the month I concieved. My temps showed I O'd 2 days after opk.

I'm going to attempt my blue sway this time next year and the hardest thing in finding is trying to plan which BD method to use. The unprotected every few days leading up to O seems like the best thing to do for sperm exposure etc so glad to hear it was successful for you!!

The unprotected every few days leading up to O seems like the best thing to do for sperm exposure etc so glad to hear it was successful for you!!I honestly think it was a combination of everything that worked for me because this time around was so, so different from when I concieved my girls. I was very strict on myself with HE diet. I gave up smoking, coffee, alcohol and anti anxiety medication all together. DH and I both started taking supplements and BDing much, much more frequently. I stopping running and stayed weight lifting and doing extra yard work. I was using opks and temping as well. So I honestly can't tell you what it was that worked for me, but my guess would be the drastic change and increase in fertility. ☺
