Looks similar to what I am eating, what are your totals?
I add fruit or a small cake/biscuits/sweets to each meal to add calories!
As long as you're within limits then that's the important thing

What are the totals for fat, cals, protein? It doesn't sound like enough food. I'm not even sure what you're eating makes it to even just 1000 cals.

TBH I'm not sure - I may start to put into my fitness pal and see. I do often get hungry especially after exercise.

Do you have totals for fat, protein, and cals?

I seriously doubt you're hitting your totals for protein and fat but sometimes people leave things out (like butter on potato or salad dressing)

I can't sign off on anyone's diet without the totals. :) Thanks!
